The Co - Curricular Grade of a student is computed according to the standards below. The highest total score is identified by level which is equivalent to 98% and the lowest is 80%.
I. CLASS PERFORMANCE (Adviser's rating from 1-15 pts.) Criteria: Leadership - 5 pts. Attendance in class activities - 5 pts. Active Participation in class activities - 5 pts. II. CLUB PERFORMANCE (Moderator's rating from 1-15 pts.) Criteria: Leadership - 5pts. Attendance in club activities - 5pts Active participation in club avtivities 5pts. III. IN-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES A. Spiritual Activities (Attendance - 2 pts. / Participation - 3 pts.) B. Monthly Activities (Attendance - 2 pts. / Participation - 3 pts. / Facilitator 5pts.) C. Contests (1st place - 6 pts. / 2nd place - 5 pts. / 3rd place - 4 pts. / Facilitator 5pts.) IV. OFF-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES A. Spiritual Activities (Attendance - 4 pts. / Participation - 5 pts.) B. Monthly Activities (Attendance - 4 pts. / Participation - 5 pts.) C. Contests (1st place - 8 pts. / 2nd place - 7 pts. / 3rd place - 6pts)
1.7.2. PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE SYSTEM
The performance incentive shall be given to students who excel in extra curricular activities sponsored by outside agencies/sectors in the community.
Moderator or coach concerned shall rate the participating student who represents the school based on the points cited below.

Other than the places/awards garnered by the students, the time and efforts invested prior to the contest shall also be considered in determining the points.
Points are added to the students final grades on a particular subject and quarter when the event falls provided that the additional points should not tantamount to more than 98%. Should the added grade exceed the limit, it shall not be carried to the next quarter.
Performance incentive forms shall be forwarded to the subject teacher concerned for the addition of points on the students grades to be approved by the Academic Coordinator and the Principal.
