Cheese Making Workshop A Success

A one day cheese making workshop
proved to be a wonderful success. Eleven
people came from as far afield as Moeraki,
Trotters Gorge and Waimate in the
north, to attend. This one day workshop
was held at "Belvoir Homestead", a 100
year old villa owned by Jill and Adrian
Shackleton at Kauru Hill.
