SUBJECT: Criminal Complaint Against Mr. and Mrs David and Candace Fay

I, Daniel R. Gaita, hereby submit the following complaint of Harassment against Mr.
and Mrs. David and Candace Fay. And further request that they be contacted and
ordered not to contact me by any means.

Background:

1. On or about October 1
st
, 2014 I, Daniel Gaita received a request for advocacy
assistance for a WWII Veteran, Mr. Louis J. Russo regarding a Probate Court
Conservator matter. (Please see attached criminal complaint attached
hereto.)

2. As a result of my advocacy efforts and the coordination with our United
States Senator, Richard Blumenthal, State Senator, Michael McLachlan,
Probate Judge Marty Langrebe, the Danbury Superior Court and the newly
appointed conservator, Attorney Dean Lewis, Both Mrs. Fay and Mark
Broadmeyer, the previous court appointed conservators for Mr. Russo, have
been removed from their prior capacity and ordered not to make contact
with Mr. Russo. (see attached letter/order from Attorney Dean Lewis)
3. Since taking on my role as advocate for Mr. Russo, Candace Fay, an attorney
and candidate for State Representative has emailed me multiple times,
despite my unwillingness to reply, her harassment continues. (emails
attached)
4. Additionally, her husband David Fay, whom is believed to be a Corrections
Officer at the Danbury FCI also sent me a bizzare, degrading and derogatory
email. (also attached)
5. On Tuesday October 14
th
2014 at approximately 5:40pm I received an email
from Danbury PO Galgano requesting contact and information specific to a
complaint she received from Candace Fay (email attached)
6. On Wednesday October 15
th
, 2014 at approximately 9:57am, following my
leaving a couple of voicemails for PO Galgano the night prior, I submitted the
attached chronology of email communications in an effort to provide PO
Galgano with all the evidence and information she required to accomplish
her investigative tasks specific to Mrs. Fays complaint against or about me
which led to her call.
7. On Thursday October 16
th
, at approximately 4:45pm following my posting of
several evidence exhibits in the matter of Louis Russo, my facebook account
was suddenly deactivated for a period of about 1-2 hours.

8. On Friday, today, October 17
th
at approximately 12:44am, I received a call
again from the Danbury Police Department regarding a complaint/case by
Candace Fays husband, David Fay. I was unable to make out the name of the
officer that called, but he provided the number of (203) 797-4614, Ext 607.

9. Also, today October 17
th
, While trying to file this complaint with the Danbury
Police Department, Officer Kelly, at aprox. 11:00 am He refused to take my
complaint or assign a case number. He said it was already a matter being
investigated but claimed he did not have access to the case number or
records and that I would have to return at 3:45pm to file the complaint with
Officer Nieves #607. I informed him that I was in fear for my life and
instructed him that I have been harassed and intimidated.

I kindly request that the both Mr. and Mrs. Candace and David Fay be ordered to
cease all contact and attempts to contact me by any means.

I further submit this complaint for further criminal investigation, as it appears that
both an officer of the court, (Attorney Candace Fay) and a Federal Corrections
Officer (Mr. David Fay) are using their official and Federal capacities to harass, and
intimidate me for my advocacy efforts specific to Mr. Louis J. Russo.
