To select the winning slogan all the slogans will be evaluated by an independent jury constituted by Acer. Acer may extend the Offer period or shorten the duration of the Offer
period at its sole discretion.

and agents as the Customers agent and attorney to act for and on behalf of the Customer to execute, verify and file any such documents and to do all other lawfully permitted

any nature whatsoever, which the Customer may hereafter have on Acer for infringement of any rights in and to the Slogan assigned by the customer hereunder to Acer.
