AIC is a promising educational institution located at Lakhechaur Marg, New
Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Ailiated to Pokhara University, it has double branch
management programmes BBA and BBA-BI in operation. It believes in quality

skills and ability in addition to theoretical knowledge in the eld of management.
It aims to enable students to shape themselves in competence with changing
global corporate world.
AIC has intensively utilized, talents, skills, experiences and knowledge of

Dear prospective students,
Welcome to Apollo International College.
We provide one of the best opportunities for students who have
burning passion to excel in the eld of Business Administration.
We have been driven by a passion to achieve excellence in

Apollo International College, established in 2010 AD, is located
in the heart of capital city Kathmandu, New Baneshwor - and
has been running its Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
and Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking& Insurance
(BBA-BI) Program ailiated to Pokhara University. AIC aims to
produce professional managers with sound conceptual
foundation and practical skills in various areas of Business. AIC
has been managed by competent and dedicated professionals
and academics who possess valuable experience in educational
eld.
AIC has a vision and a mission which motivates it to leap forward
by imparting quality education to aspiring students. The college
remains committed to meeting the needs of the changing
society and will respond positively to both opportunities and

AIC Facilities
LIBRARY
AIC has a very sound library facility. The text book
section of the library is quite rich to serve the
demand of the ever increasing number of students.
Reference section of the library is equally strong with
the availability of widely referred books in the eld of
management. The availability of selected journals,
study reports, audio video CD's and other reference
materials have added value in our library and
documentation centre.
COMPUTER LAB
AIC is well-equipped with the state of art technology.
It has suicient computers. It is also equipped with
multimedia and unlimited internet facilities.
Moreover, the college has facilitated various
teaching aids to excel the teaching learning process.
Some instrument in access for every class rooms are
overhead projectors, multimedia and audiovisual.
COUNSELLING
AIC views counseling as an essential service. Our
philosophy is based on the belief that each student is a
unique individual with specic needs. We also recognize
the importance of supporting the positive growth of each
individual in the academic eld, social/emotional issues,
and future career planning. A guidance program like ours
plays a key role in meeting their needs and personal
development. Both class room and individual counseling
session are available at AIC.
POWER BACK UP
To overcome the problems of power shortage in our
classroom teaching and, more particularly, in computer
lab AIC has recently installed a 10KVA generator which
provides an uninterrupted supply of power.
CANTEEN
The college canteen serves healthy and hygienic food and
beverage at reasonable price throughout the day.
SPORTS
AIC arranges various sports including Table Tennis,
Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Football and Cricket.
AIC has a team of dedicated faculty members with diverse academic and
research background to deal with academic issues. AIC aims to develop
leadership skills, creativity and entrepreneurship in the students to
prepare them to face the future challenges of business. We believe in
student-centered teaching-learning methodology. Its teaching
methodology is based on application of modern equipment and real life
experiences. It is managed through updated teaching-learning
techniques that involve active classroom participation, interaction
between students and facul ti es, workshops and semi nars,
presentations and report writings. The college has introduced various
teaching aids to facilitate the teaching-learning process.

Active learning, attendance and evaluation are an integral part of the
regular study program.
EVALUATION SYSTEM
Apollo International College follows the Pokhara University's
evaluation system to measure students' academic performance. The
system is as follows:
EXTERNAL EVALUATION (SEMESTER END EXAMINATION)
Fiy percent (50%) weight is given to external evaluation. The semester-
end examination is conducted by the oice of the Controller of
Examinations, Pokhara University.
INTERNAL EVALUATION
Fiy percent (50%) weight is given to internal evaluation. Internal
evaluation will be done by the concerned college faculty
members.
ATTENDANCE
o Students must have a minimum of 90 percent attendance of total
working days.
o Students must participate in units and terminal tests of the
college.
o Students must pass internal examinations in order to qualify for
the nal exams.

ENTRANCE TEST
On receipt of the completed application
form, the candidate shall be registered for the
Entrance test.

All applicants to the programme are required
to sit for an Entrance Test. The test is designed
to assess candidates for the program in the
following areas.
Verbal ability 25 marks
Quantitative ability 25 marks
Logical reasoning 25 marks
General awareness 25 marks
INTERVIEW
Successful candidates at the written test will
present themselves at interview/aptitude
test along with parents or guardians. Those
candidates who are listed in the nal record
will meet us within the time frame as xed by
the college.

Note: Scholarship for 2nd to 8th Semester BBA & BBA-BI
will be granted based on the previous semester's result. It is
granted in tuition fee only to the 1st three candidates, either
university or college topper, 100%, 50%, and 25% respectively.
In case of the SGPA being equal among the toppers, the
scholarship will be distributed proportionately.
