6. Ball Mill slide shoe bearings replacement carried out under my supervision with in 8 working days at maple leaf
cement factory Limited.

Responsible for performance processes, assessments, audits and metrics of the Cargill Reliability Excellence Improvement effort.
Member of Corporate Reliability Excellence Governance team that is responsible of execution and deployment of the Cargill
Reliability Excellence model and processes. RE Governance team liaison to Corporate MRO procurement efforts and corporate
capital deployment processes. Responsible for external reliability and maintenance benchmarking and industry liaison efforts for
Cargill plant operations.

Responsible for maintenance & reliability of Cargill's global operations, consisting of15 operating groups (1200+
facilities). Chairman of Cargills Global Maintenance & Reliability Steering Committee. Activities include maintenance
and reliability best practice identification, gap analysis work, and strategic planning of improvement opportunities.
Lead Cargill's M&R Center of Excellence (COE) internal reliability training courses and curriculum. Highly involved in
talent management & recruiting effort for Cargill Maintenance and Reliability career path. Lead improvement in our
core predictive technologies, preventative maintenance systems, work management systems, precision practices and
root cause failure analysis processes. Detailed training in vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography,
ultrasonics, motor circuit testing and other NDT predictive technologies.
Experienced in use of five CMMS/EAP systems (Maximo, SAP, Marcam, MP2, and internally built system).

Responsible for the facility 24/7 maintenance & capital construction effort. Supervised 3 maintenance supervisors, 1
construction manager, 35 internal maintenance personnel, and 75 mechanical contractors. Developed short & long
range plans to improve mechanical reliability, performance and cost control. Directed our preventative and predictive
maintenance program using our CMMS. Dealt with employee motivation & performance issues in a union
environment.
Additionally in 1992- 93, was involved as a business representative to set design requirements, debug the software,
and implement a computerized business system to manage the Corn Milling Division NA plant expense.
In 1994, I was selected as a team member of the Cargill's team that evaluated Cargill's current maintenance,
purchasing, and inventory control practices worldwide. The team's product was the development of a Cargill
Corporation's "Best Practices Document for Maintenance, Purchasing and Inventory Control".
