D-20 Quick Break Solvent Based Degreaser
D20 is a powerful medium to quick break solvent degreaser specically designed to deal with stubborn
deposits of grease, oil and dirt.
Unlike other solvent degreasers D20 has been designed with the safety of the user as a priority.
D20 is non-ammable, non-hazardous and the rate at which D20 turns to vapour is lower than competitor products. This
makes D20 much easier to work with as it releases far less fumes than conventional solvent degreasers.
D20 is fast acting and carries the grease to the separation traps without drying out on the way. It leaves drains leading to
separation traps clean.
D20 allows work to continue in the workshops without everyone having to wear masks because the fumes are too intense.
D20 is safe on all metals and will not damage paintwork when used as directed.
D20 being non-ammable allows easy and safe storage and handling.

M-10 Friction Modier
M10 is an additive to oil that modies the surfaces of metals with a blend of special lubricants and anti
corrosion agents specically formulated to reduce metal to metal friction between moving parts.
M10 is suitable for use in engines (including 2stroke), gearboxes, differentials (not for limited slip
differentials),bearings, pumps,etc.
M10 should be used at a rate of 60mls per litre of engine, gear or differential oil at each oil change. Use 40mls per litre in
bearing grease, pump oil, etc.
M10 will reduce: friction, metal wear, oil temperature, fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
M10 will smoothen engine operation, prolong oil life, increase power output and resist corrosion.
M10 is ideal for use in machine shops and will considerably extend the life of cutting tools by reducing the tool
temperatures.
Used in conjuction with the F10 Fuel Treatment. Both products work
together to signicantly reduce engine wear and prolong engine life.
Adding M10 to the engine oil offers a noticeably quieter and smoother

F-10 Fuel Treatment
F10 Fuel Treatment is designed to clean and maintain the entire fuel system from storage tanks through to combustion.
F10 can be used in diesel, petrol and two stroke and high octane fuels as well as fuel oils.
F10 is extremely economical and is formulated to be used at 1 litre to 4000 Litres of fuel, however a more concentrated dose
may be required for severe fungal infestations or unusually high amounts of water in storage tanks.
F10 removes water from fuel tanks. Water is dissolved in the F10, which in turn is absorbed into the fuel and burnt the
combustion process. The removal of water from the tanks also removes the habitat for fungi and microbiological growth.
F10 kills and removes fungal growth including Cladosporium Resinae (Diesel Bug) from tanks. The dead Fungi are dispersed
throughout the fuel in microscopic particles. These particles easily pass through fuel lters without clogging them and are
then burned in combustion.
F10 dissolves wax, gums and varnishes present in the fuel. These are often the cause of blocked or partially blocked injectors.
F10 cleans injectors and keeps them clean. This ensures properly atomised fuel from the injectors reaches the combustion
chamber, therefore, maximising your fuel efciency.

R-10 Rust Converter
Years of research have gone into developing this
tannic acid based product that has been combined
with other chemicals to produce R10 Rust Converter.
R10 is environmentally friendly yet is a powerful, penetrative product.
R10 is water based and non-toxic. It converts rust to a stable black surface
of Iron Tannate/Haematite and Magnetite and forms a strong matrix bond
with the original metal. The converted rust is then a stable, non-growing,
hard, black material which can be safely cut, welded galvanised and
chromed and behaves as steel would in these situations.
The water base is an important part of the conversion process. The tannin
chemicals penetrate the porous rust using the water as a travelling agent
(solvent based products only work at the surface of the rust).
R10 Rust Converter can be used safely in many industries. Its uses
are virtually unlimited. Wherever there is steel there is bound to be an
application for R10 at some time. If the rust is caught early and treated with
R10, then the time frame between replacing or sandblasting equipment
can be extended resulting in considerable savings.
R10 is very economical to use with 1 Litre treating approximately 10 m.

R-20 Corrosion Dissolver
R20 Corrosion Dissolver has been developed to
dissolve corrosion in two different applications.
R20 can be used as a bath with 1 part R20 to 5
parts water (in Plastic Bucket) Simply place corroded parts in the bath for
between 3-24 hours. The corrosion is dissolved revealing only the base
metal, which can then be prepared for painting.
R20 has the ability to reach conned areas where blasting cannot reach.
R20 is biodegradable and environmentally safe so can therefore be
disposed of safely.
R20 saves time by allowing the parts to be left overnight and worked with
the following day without the need for the dangerous, labour intensive
traditional methods of acid baths and sand blasting.
R20 will not harm glass, rubber, plastic and will only remove paint where
corrosion exists beneath the paint.
R20 enables otherwise unusable tools to be recycled and used again.
R20 can be used to unblock radiators while you keep working. Dilute 1
part R20 to 5 Parts water. R20 has been formulated with special inhibitors,
which allow the product to be circulated in the engine cooling system
for 7 days without affecting the base metals in
the radiator and engine block. Allow the product
to work for at least 12 hours then simply drain
contents rinse thoroughly and ll with manufacturer
approved coolant.
R20 is suitable for all metals except zinc.
Parts placed in the bath should be properly de-
greased, as R20 will not penetrate grease.
R20 is reusable and should be stored in a sealed
plastic container to maximise its usable life. From
time to time (depending on use) the bath can be
replenished by adding more R20.

C-10 Anti-Freeze/Anti-boil Concentrate
C10 is a premium quality anti-freeze anti-boil concentrate that contains
specially formulated inhibitors designed to protect cooling systems from
the effects of corrosion and extend the period at which the coolant needs
changing.
ICT has deliberately produced C10 with the aim of offering the best
possible protection to the cooling system with no compromise on quality.
C10 is suitable for all makes and models, unless otherwise stated by the
engine manufacture. C10 will offer users long lasting protection from
corrosion.
C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil should be used at the concentration
recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. In the absence of such
guidance, it should be diluted with good quality water to give solutions in the
concentration range of 30-50 % v/v. As a general rule, the recommended
standard for post warranty servicing of vehicles is to dilute one part C-10
with two parts water by volume (33% v/v). C-10 has an ethylene glycol
content of 950 ml/L.
C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil has a minimum service life of three years, or
60,000km, in a well maintained engine cooling circuit (33% v/v). Service
life may be extended when used in a well maintained cooling system
circuit at 50% v/v up to a maximum of 4 years or 120,000km.
ICT advises against indiscriminate mixing of different coolant formulations.
Mixing different coolants may cause precipitation of inhibitor components
and potentially result in overheating and reduced
corrosion protection.
C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil is compatible with
Aluminium or copper/brass and mixed Aluminium,
Copper/Brass cooling circuits. It is a low silicate formulation based
on monoethylene glycol and is free of nitrite, phosphate and amine
inhibitors.
