accordance "ith Part $ %ubpart &' The contents relate directly to the re(uirements o Part $
and are based on the example o Exposition contents sho"n in )ppendix * to )$+ $')',0-'
The text o this guide has been arranged so that each sub.ect is dealt "ith insoar as )$+
material deines it' /otes and brac0eted inormation are used to explain the recommended text
and suggest "ays in "hich the organisation might expand it to suit its o"n purposes' It "ill be
appreciated that no single specimen Exposition can meet the needs o all types and si1es o
organisation or, indeed, relect the dierent organisational structures and corporate policies,
"hich emerge as companies de#elop'
2or example, in management 34uties and 5esponsibilities3, the text gi#en here relects the
speciic re(uirements o Part $ only, and does not attempt to deal "ith matters such as
employment and the discipline o personnel (uotas or achie#ing output targets' These matters
depend on the speciic organisation and must, thereore, be included as appropriate by the
applicant or appro#al'
Including a suitable text or procedure "here#er possible has expanded the guidance gi#en' It
must be appreciated that this is not the only method o compliance and may, in act, be
unsuitable or some organisations' Its purpose is only to illustrate the nature o the inormation
