soul. ' triutee mantra, it balances the energies of the generating,
organi=ing, and transforming principles. It expresses ecstasy through
"nowledge and experience. It is the gurmantra, which triggers the

respectful, variation of the word (ee, which means soul. A4 my soul,
&od is:B This mantra causes a very subtle rub against the center of the
upper palate and stimulates the meridian "nown in the )est as the
/hrist meridian point, and in the ,ast as %attvica 0uddha 0indu. The
tongue and lips correspond to the %un and .oon in their movement.
