Dynamics AX Freezing Forms Issue

Background
There is an issue where a form that will enter data into the database may freeze and not continue the data entry.
To fix this issue follow the steps below. Investigation is still on going with this issue and will provide additional
information as soon as it is available.

Step by step:
1. Log into AX2012R3A
2. Right click Start > Command Prompt (admin)


3. Enter the following command "cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics
AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin""

4. Enter the following command "axbuild.exe xppcompileall /s=01 /altbin="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft
Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin""

5. The process will run approximately 45 minutes
6. Download AXMaintenance.SQL

7. Launch SQL Server Management Studio

8. Log into the Database Engine

9. Click File > Open > File

10. Locate and open AXMaintenance.sql
11. Click Execute

12. Enter the following command in SQL Server Management Studio
Use MicrosoftDynamicsAX
GO
Exec Sp_statistics_maintenace
13. Click Execute
