Disney Mobile ! Glendale, CA! 11/11 Current
The mobile game development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Focused on making high- quality casual
mobile games for all audiences.
Lead Game Designer
Create the major design tenets and core gameplay features, as well as the world and characters, for games
based on existing and original IP. Manage a team of designers responsible for creating levels and other game
content, while also building content on my own. In charge of the creative vision of the game, and tasked with
sharing the vision with company executives and other parties (Marketing, Publishing, etc.). Work closely with
Product Management team post-release, balancing levels and di"culty curves, and tweaking messaging and
IAP pricing in order to increase, among other metrics, the DAUs and ARPDAU of the titles I am on.
! Tasked with creating original IP and gameplay, and then overseeing the creative aspects of the titles
throughout all stages of production.
! Oversee geo-beta releases for titles, and work closely with the Product Management team to
evaluate and react to analytics ndings with constant tuning and app updates post launch.
! Responsible for owning the creative vision of titles, and pitching concepts and products to company
executives at meetings and green lights.
! Manage a team of game designers tasked with building game levels and creative content.
! Currently and constantly building prototypes for new game concepts and features in Unity (C#).
! Led the design of Stack Rabbit a game based on original IP, designing the core gameplay, and
developing the world, characters, and narrative, while also supporting the game for months post-
launch.
Game Designer
Led the design of the casual puzzle game, Wheres My Perry?, created the core design tenets and design
principles for that game as well as all of the post-release content for Wheres My Water?, another casual puzzle
game. Managed a team of designers tasked with building all content for both games.
! Served as the design lead for Wheres My Perry?, responsible for designing core gameplay features
and narrative, and managing the creation of all game content (levels, mechanics, story, etc.)
! Was the lead designer for all DLC packs and post-launch content and tuning for both Wheres My
Perry? and Wheres My Water?
! Was the primary writer for all cut-scenes and in-game dialogue for Wheres My Perry?, a game
based on the television show, Phineas And Ferb.

based on original IP as well as Disney licenses and properties.
Associate Producer, Creative Development
Managed a team at Disney tasked with creating game concepts, and overseeing projects from a creative and
design perspective throughout pre-production and production. Created, recruited and managed a research and
development team within the company tasked with creating innovative and forward thinking gameplay and story
prototypes. Evangelized and presented projects to Disney executives including CEO Bob Iger, DIMG Presidents
John Pleasants and James Pitaro, and former Disney Mobile heads Andrew Lacy and Bart Decrem.
Assistant Producer, Creative Development
Recruited and led a team responsible for creating concept pitches, design documents, and prototypes for video
games based on both licensed and original IP spanning all major gaming platforms.
