complete necessary exterior work to complete construction of building 29 at Woodbridge Crossing.

Interior Scope of Work:

See attached interior scopes of work for units 1401,1402, 1421 and 1422
*Total to Finish out Interiors of 12 Units and the Fitness Center, Building 29 $46,045.10

Exterior Scope of Work:

*R&R siding. Replace with Hardi to match existing as close as possible and paint to match
*Roof Repairs as needed
*Exterior Paint - Prime and Paint all new wood to match existing $8,600.00

General Conditions:
Insurance,Taxes, Permits, Superintendent Fees, Dumpster Fees, and Final Clean Up $8,196.75

Exclusions: Asbestos or lead surveys or abatement.

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scopes of work listed above
in a professional and timely matter with all work meeting or exceeding city and state building codes for:
