Logshipping : LSN mismatch in case if some has deleted the tlog file or else if anyone has taken manual
backup and placed some other place, network issues, drive issue, disk space issue , how you do a fail-
over ? Login issues after the failover. huge tlog size may take more time to get sync in case if rebuild
index job runs weekly, Manual failover etc...
