GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The general specifications and techniques are listed below and the accompanying drawings are part
of the design for the supply, installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems and
mechanical ventilation for Wineries Navy , whose construction lead after the Guaimaral city
Department of Cundinamarca.

In an overview of the project, a mechanical ventilation system shall be determined in areas of the
first floor (warehouse) to maintain indoor air quality in the cellars. Warm room for a ventilation unit
is installed with electrical resistance in the duct, controlled by a room thermostat. In the fourth case
of hazardous waste shall be installed according to plans , axial exhaust fans located in the walls ,
which discharge air volume extracted to the outside of the building.

For department office type two independent mini split systems will be installed in the office area,
with evaporator type and cassette type wall accordingly. In the bathrooms two separate false ceiling
fans shall be provided, which will activate the lights on and have a running time of 5 minutes delay.

For the project has established the following operating conditions:

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS











NOTE

The proponent shall clearly specify each of the items in its proposal. You must complete each and
every one of the pictures of air conditioning units in accordance with the equipment offered. In the
items on which options are set you should indicate what type of equipment, component or part is to
be used . No keywords allowed " ... or approved equivalent."




1. CONDITIONING SYSTEM TYPE MINI-SPLIT (U-MINI SPLIT-01)

To put the office # 2, will supply and install air conditioning units of MINI-SPLIT type outdoor,
placement on the wall.
Each unit will consist of the following: conditioning unit and condensing unit type Mini Split Wall


Condenser Unit

Each condensing unit to install in the right place, it will be the type of horizontal discharge, with
capacity for 12,000 BTUH (AHRI STD conditions.), Completely factory assembled, designed to
operate with refrigerant R-410 A.
The condensing unit shall consist of the following elements:
Compressor
A hermetic rotary compressor, preferably SCROLL TYPE INVERTER, with service valves on the
suction and discharge; forced lubrication system and engine cooling the coolant passage. Includes
oil filter, oil heater, internal relief valve, electric motor with thermal protection and top speed of
1750 rpm The compressor is mounted on vibration eliminators. Includes boot system with thermal
magnetic protection, pressure switch for high and low pressure coolant, fuses, relays interconnect,
time relays and directional signs.
Condenser
Condenser made of copper tubing and aluminum fins mechanically expanded, enough to dissipate
the heat absorbed during the cycle capacity. The condenser fan is the axial type, taking the air and
discharging laterally upward.
Cover
Protective cover in bonderizada sheet specially designed for outdoor work unit.
Conditioning unit
Mini Split conditioning unit type for installation on wall, includes cooling coil, expansion device,
decorative finish on galvanized sheet with electrostatic paint and air supply rack with deflector
blades (directional).

2. BLOWER AIR SUPPLY ONLINE

Be supplied and installed where indicated levels, or the site agreed with the Management of
Projects, ventilation units with filter section and fan section, as indicated in the case.


SECTION OF FANS
The fan section is equal to that described for the previous sections. They include centrifugal fans
type, the type of multiple fins tilted forward or backward, double width, double inlet, statically and
dynamically balanced. Fans shall have AMCA certified for the specified capacity.

The panels, which are easily removable, they are made of smooth sheet of minimum 16 gauge
galvanized steel, painted inside and out with acrylic or electrostatic paint for installation outdoors
additionally be insulated on the inside with glass wool 1 "(25.4 mm ) thick and a pound per cubic
foot (16 kg/m3) density, protected inside face against the erosion caused by the flow of air, equal to
AEROCOR produced by Fiberglass Colombia SA.

MOTOR
The motor is supplied with each unit together will be single or three phase, 110 to 208/230 volts,
with a maximum speed of 1750 rpm. The unit will have rail clamps for the engine, transmission
belts and pulleys in "V".
The BIDDER to whom the contract is awarded shall verify system pressure drop and adjust engine
power to suit your requirements.

Be supplied and installed at the locations indicated Broan fans centrifugal extraction or equivalent
type, direct drive, horizontal discharge, equipped with extraction grid for ceiling location. The kit
includes mounting elements, circular damper duct connector. The characteristics of the equipment

The fan drive shall comprise the light switch in each of the bathrooms. Additionally take a
timer so that the fan will continue in operation until three to five minutes after turning off the
light.

4. CONDUITS IN GALVANIZED SHEET
For supply and return ducts for air conditioning and ventilation, we supply and install all ductwork
in accordance with the project plans with the following specifications:
Galvanized steel smooth ACESCO quality, according to the unions gauges and reinforcements
specified below shall be used:

Inner radius elbows have equal or higher side of the duct, if used right elbow deflector guides
according to ASHRAE standards are installed. For sites that require volume dampers will be
installed to facilitate system balancing.

For horizontal sections Ramset fixing bolts or similar is used, vertical ducts shall be fixed to the
plates of each floor. Profiles should be placed in iron T or U, between the joists to secure the
brackets.
Fixing all ducts , rectangular, triangular or circular shall be executed in accordance with the Law on
Earthquake resistant buildings , and taking into account the rules of " SEISMIC RESTRAIN
MANUAL - GUIDELINES FOR MECHANICAL SISTEMS " SMACNA .
The Contractor shall submit for approval detailed drawings supports auditing of proposed use. All
angle profiles, rods and plates to be used as carriers for both connections and reinforcements,
should be covered with a layer of approved anticorrosive paint before installation.

This item includes dampers and splitter dampers required for correct balancing system, which will
be installed at the locations indicated on the drawings of the project and those which are essential to
achieve your goal.

5. DIFFUSER, GRILLES AND BLINDS
DESCRIPTION
Be supplied and installed rectangular diffusers to be built, extruded, aluminum same or similar 3D
series, frame hook, manufactured by LAMINAIRE models. S. A.
Diffusers to be installed in areas where modular false ceiling supported on aluminum profiles
modulated in 2 'x 2' installed (61 x 61 cm) will be the perforated type, made of aluminum, the same
or similar models series 7500-6 produced by "METAL - AIR" metal plenum and directional flaps
including BDS operated circular pattern from the bottom of the diffuser, finished in white
electrostatic paint throttle damper volume type.

CONSIDERATIONS
Return vents and / extraction
Grids extraction or return to be installed in areas where it is intended to ceiling modular type 2 ' x 2'
( 0.61 x 0.61 m) will be built in aluminum perforated same or similar kind to those produced by "
mETAL- AIR " model 7500R -6 Plenum and metal circular flow regulating gate BDS model
operated from the bottom of the grid , finished in white electrostatic paint.
Extraction grilles type cubes
Grids extraction will be made of aluminum cubes type with damper , similar to the CC- 5DA
models manufactured by " METAL- AIR " (USA ) or model RRTC (L- RAG x OB) of
LAMINAIRE ; THE PLOT OF CUBES TO BE MADE IN FULL BY ALUMINIUM .
Louvered grilles extraction
Extraction grids will be made of aluminum , with louvered damper , similar to the L -RA- OB -TB
models manufactured by Laminaire . The racks will be equipped with a volume control on the type
of multiple opposing fins, operated pinion system to regulate airflow .
Blinds
Blinds discharge and air intake to be installed will be built in extruded aluminum profiles , identical
or similar to the model OAL -4 -F with protective mesh manufactured by METALAIRE .
Louvers
The louvers will be manufactured with extruded aluminum profiles , forming a fixed louver fin .
Each element air distribution will be equipped with a volume control on the type of multiple
opposing fins, operated pinion system to regulate airflow .
Dampers manuals
Be supplied and installed at the locations indicated in the project drawings , manual dampers , made
of smooth galvanized steel sheet , the type of opposite leaves , with bushings made of brass, with
outer drive and position indicator.
6. AXIAL WALL FAN
For the area of hazardous waste shall be supplied and installed axial fans for installation on the wall,
swing type, low noise level operation. Which have in their composition the explosion proof motor.

Payment will be made for each unit to the manufacturer, this includes equipment and accessories
mounting the officer and his assistants must use tool. Further control of the team included. Will be
included installation and commissioning of ventilation equipment.
7. ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL BOARD
DESCRIPTION
Be supplied and installed electrical panels for operation and protection of each set of equipment
installed. Each board will be for three-phase system, manufactured in accordance with NEMA
standards, Type 1, commonly used.
Each board their bus bar protection shall include electro less copper terminals, automatic protection
switch distributions, magnetic starters for each motor thermal bimetallic overload protection relays,
push button, signal lamps, power strips and control signs and indicators .
CONSIDERATIONS
The electrical panel TEAA -01 include comprehensive measurement center or multi meter , digital
type , compatible with BACnet communication protocol , in which the line currents , phase and line
voltage , active power and power factor is verified
Boards including starts air conditioning units of the operating room will speed drives including
frequency variation in cost flow sensor to maintain this constant.
All items to be used are of top quality, Siemens, Schneider (Telemecanique) or LG , which meet the
standards set by NEMA for this type of facility.
The board should include provisions for its management interface with a digital direct control.
Also you must include transformers for operating controls, either 115V or 24 VAC .
All boards should be made taking into account the rules of RETIE and must have their certificate of
conformity.
