will be held at IEC MOLDEXPO on October 30 November 02, 2014
FASHION & WINE
We Are Looking For: Participation from 2 fabulous wine companies to present a wine tasting at our booth. Each wine maker will
showcase for one day only - one company for October 31st Friday and the other for November 1st Saturday.
Who We Are: Our organization is Apius, Moldovas Fashion Industry Organization, an NGO created with support from USAID/CEED
II of Moldova.
What Apius Will Be Doing at Moldexpo: We have partnered with Moldexpo to create a large exhibition booth for our brand Din
Inima. Din Inima is the umbrella brand for many small Moldovan brands. The purpose of our booth is to create excitement for our
Moldovan brands and to raise brand awareness of Din Inima. We will not be selling products at our booth - it is a presentation space.
Why We Need a Wine Partner: We want the Din Inima Exhibition Booth to be an area where people can come inside to have a
glass of wine and slowly browse the presentation. Our aim is for it to be a highly interactive booth that will put people in a terric
mood before they move onto a full day of shopping at the expo. It is the perfect setting to conduct a small scale wine tasting - to
combine wine with fashion!
Our Exhibition Booth Has THE BEST location at the Expo: The Din Inima Exhibition Booth will be located at the center of the
lobby directly in front of the entrance. It will be the rst thing one sees upon entering the expo hall. We have THE highest visibility
location at the expo. The booth will have an open layout so that people can browse and linger. Our aim is to have everyone walk
through our booth on their way inside.
Reasons why you should do a wine tasting event with Din Inima at the Moldexpo Fashion Week:
Opportunity to market your wine to a high-end fashion industry clientele who appreciate good wine and good
food.
Exposure to over 2500 visitors per day, mostly from Moldova but also from the international community. Some of
the countries that are participating at our show are Moldova, Italy, Romania, Turkey and Uzbekistan. You will be getting
access to many new customers for your wine.
Marketing opportunity to raise brand awareness for your wine. Your brand name will be displayed on a large
wine tasting poster which will be placed at the entrance of our booth. Also, you are welcome to distribute business
cards and pamphlets about your wine on the day of your wine tasting.
Easy and simple contribution from your end in return for a fantastic marketing opportunity. We will provide the
staff to pour the wine and clean up after the guests, all you need to do is to provide the wine. You are welcome to
send people from your team to represent your product. Or, you can simply contribute the wine, business cards and
marketing materials and our volunteer staff will do all the work at the event.
FASHION & WINE
What We Need:
Your choice of wines and sparkling wine. Number of bottles to be determined by you. We estimate
approximately 2500 people each day, perhaps 50% of those will enter our booth, and half of those will
choose to drink wine.
We will be able to provide small plastic cups, but these are not ideal for showcasing wine so it would be
preferable for you to provide disposable wine glasses if you have them.
