Claims handled range from simple claims, to complex multi-million dollar losses. Large loss Commercial
General Adjuster for claims up to $20 million for Zurich NA, Hanover and United Fire Group during 2005
hurricane season and for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Served as commercial claims manager for Zurich NA for
Hurricane Dennis 2005. Served as large loss claims manager during 2004 Hurricane Season (Aug 2004 to May
2005) for Zurich Insurance at Zurich North America home office in Schaumburg, IL.
When not working catastrophe event– handling of claims of multiple lines for varied carriers. Also have
worked with a number of attorneys in the Houston areas, both plaintiff and defense, as claims investigator,
