In the reference 1

read above, due to formation of New State of Telangana the Government
have issued orders for confer the Drawing and Disbursing powers to the new Heads of
Departments (shown in the Annexure) which are to be created with effect from 02.06.2014, as
per the provisions of A.P. Treasury Code and Financial Code for smooth functioning of the two
State Heads of Departments. Further it was stated that any Head of Department who are not
listed in the Annexure and newly created in State of Telangana shall send necessary proposals to
Finance (TFR) Department separately for delegation of Drawing and Disbursing Powers.

read above, the Heads of Departments have requested
the Government to confer the Drawing and Disbursing Powers to the newly created Head of
Departments due to formation of new State of Telangana which are to be created with effect
from 02.06.2014 as the names of the above Heads of Departments are not included in the list at
annexure to the G.O.Ms.No.100, Finance (TFR) Department, dated 12.05.2014.

3. Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby confer the Drawing
and Disbursing Powers to the newly created Heads of Departments which are not covered as
earlier in the G.O. Ms. No. 100 Finance (TFR) Department, dated 12-05-2014 are as follows:
