Master Scheduler
Managed Supply Chain activities in a fast paced high mix environment for global supply of all Liquid Oxygen Respiratory
products in the biomedical division, encompassing Master Production Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory
Management.
Successfully managed Global LOX forecast resulting in an 83% reduction in material shortages and improved flow time
on both LOX respiratory lines. Portable Line by 73%, from 11 to 3 days, and Stationary Line 62%, from 8 to 3 days.
Managed Project to create a distinct work center for a $12MM per year parts and accessories business resulting in a
78% reduction in backorders and a 64% reduction in Flow Time from 7 to 2.5 days.
Developed and Utilized Strategic Make to Stock vs Make to Order analysis which, along with accurate forecasting,
achieved a 20% reduction in Global LOX inventory from $18.3 million to $14.6 million and improved On Time Delivery
by 11% from 86% to 97% from 2011 to 2014.

Developed and Maintained Master Production Schedule for 9 high speed plastic blow mold machines and 2 preform
machines in a lean, high volume 24/5 manufacturing environment.
Effectively scheduled all preventative maintenance activities achieving 100% on time completion, while maintaining
demanding production schedule requirements with minimal overtime.
Successfully managed all finished goods inventory, maintained customer required inventory levels, improved On Time

Analyzed demand, material requirements, resource availability, inventory, and managed the procurement of all
internally sourced components to authorize the release of production orders in a lean, high volume, high mix, labor
intensive manufacturing environment to support aircraft production rates as defined by the Corporate SO&P.
Developed and implemented project to reduce material waste on 777 Shear Tie work package encompassing over
450 parts. Collaboration with Supply Chain Analysts, Manufacturing Engineering and Machine Operators resulted in
a 15% increase in raw material yield and an annual cost savings of approximately $350K
Co-Leader of highly successful Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW) to provide Just in Time delivery of product
to the 777 production line. Results included a $400K per year savings in packaging, a $500K reduction in work in
process (WIP) inventory and significant improvements in quality and delivery times to the flight line.
Developed new Master Production Schedule as a Supply Chain Analyst representative for Value Stream Mapping
activities for 737 Extrusion and Stringer work statements. Results included a flow time reduction of 32% from 11 to
7.5 days and a 22% reduction in work in process (WIP)
Collaborated with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Tool Design to develop accurate estimates
and schedules for new business proposals.

Production Supervisor
Managed 11 direct reports and 30 indirect reports in a high volume corrugated box plant. Provided leadership and
training in the areas Safety, Quality, Production, and Waste Reduction using Lean Manufacturing and 5s methodologies.
Championed continuous improvement activities on 2 finishing machines improving performance ratios (output/unplanned
downtime/quality/scrap) on both machines. A 14% improvement from 68% to 79% and a 30% improvement from 66% to
94%. The 94% performance ratio placed 1st at the plant and 21

, out of 598 finishing machines, in the Division in 2005.
Achieved an improved performance ratio on 10 of 11 finishing machines in 2005.

Led material planning and production scheduling activities in a high volume, high mix plastic thermoforming
manufacturing facility. Directly managed 3 production lines supporting 60% of the total plant business including the
companys flagship account, Paccar.
Developed and maintained forecasting tool used by Materials department to develop production schedules and material
delivery schedules for suppliers. Results achieved were; a 23% reduction in material shortages, a 15% increase in
throughput and an improved on time delivery to major customer from 78% to 92%.
Developed and maintained capacity planning tool for Materials department that resulted in a reduction of sheet inventory
by 30% over 12 months, and more capacity at sheet production plant.
Effectively managed the procurement of all packaging and consumable goods for fabrication plant and eliminated all late
shipments due to packaging stock-outs.
Managed all manufactured components finished goods inventory associated with 3 production lines. Reduced on hand
inventory by $500K over 12 months, achieved and maintained 100% inventory accuracy.
Negotiated and managed relationship with key outside processing vendor which resulted and in $200K savings over the

Managed Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling activities for multiple work centers in a lean, high volume, high
mix, labor intensive manufacturing environment to support aircraft production rates as defined by the Corporate SO&P.
Led weekly Kaizen events in support of corporate Continuous Improvement and Lean implementation objectives.
Successfully managed large scale project with major supplier to improve delivery and facilitate Lean implementation
objectives in the plant. Achievements included a 48% increase in supplier on time delivery, 68% decrease in daily
Work in Process levels (2200 to 700 work orders) and a flow time improvement of 37% (from 8 to 5 days)
Co-Led successful Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW) to improve aluminum clean-line operations resulting in

Created bills of material (BOMs) from engineering drawings for new parts, maintained BOMs for current production
parts, and created rework plans for rejected parts from engineering dispositions.

Achieved a 27% reduction in rework planning queue over a 6 month period.
