Chart Industries Ball Ground, Georgia 2011 2014 Master Scheduler Managed Supply Chain activities in a fast paced high mix environment for global supply of all Liquid Oxygen Respiratory products in the biomedical division, encompassing Master Production Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Management. Successfully managed Global LOX forecast resulting in an 83% reduction in material shortages and improved flow time on both LOX respiratory lines. Portable Line by 73%, from 11 to 3 days, and Stationary Line 62%, from 8 to 3 days. Managed Project to create a distinct work center for a $12MM per year parts and accessories business resulting in a 78% reduction in backorders and a 64% reduction in Flow Time from 7 to 2.5 days.
