II. CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Structural form:
The tank consists of a cylindrical shell, jacket, insulation layer and
two convex ellipsoidal bottoms. Tank is placed vertically on 3 supporting
legs with castor under.
The outer surface of tank, there are mixing motor, cutting motor,
sight glass, small hand hole, CIP system, temperature head, inlet and
outlet connection, vent and drainage as require.
- Mixing motor is placed in the top center of tank. The outer speed
can be controlled from 0 to 50 rpm by inverter. The power of motor is
0.75Kw, drive be 3 phase 415V 50Hz.
- Cutting motor is placed in the top of tank. The outer speed can be
controlled from 0 to 3000 rpm by inverter. The power of motor is 0.75
Kw, drive be 3 phases 415V 50Hz.
- Top and the cylindrical of tank are connected by quickly
connection flange with special gasket.
- Jacket vessels were designed to boil the oil (water) inside of
jacket by two 2Kw resistances. Jacket vessels were insulated to guarantee
inside temperature.

2. Structural materials:
The design used stainless steel with grade SA312-TP304, SA312-
TP316L.
Specifications and maximum allowable stress be values at 100
o
C (210
o
F).
So we only calculate at this temperature.

Allowable stress at design temperature: S

Material S
SA312-TP304 117 MPa
SA312-TP316L 114 MPa

The inner and outer surface of tank was polished to guarantee Ra s
0.6 m. All weld lines should be grinded smoothly and polished.
Material for pressure parts jacket of tank will be laid out when
the vessel is completed, one complete set of the original identification

certifications required in the specifications for the material will be plainly
visible.
The inner and outer surface of tank was use by 2.B plate. All weld
lines should be cleaning.
In case the original identification certifications are unavoidably cut
out, or the material is divided into two or more parts, one set will either
be accurately verify by Directorate for standards and quality.
The certifications of the physical and chemical required of this
material, in conjunction with above modified marking requirements will
be considered sufficient to identify these shapes.
When the destined specification requires other test or more
restrictive test than those of specification covered by the authentic test
record, the material shall be subjected to sufficient additional tests to
satisfy the Inspector that is complies with the destined specification.
Each length of tube or pipe will be subjected to chemical check analysis
and sufficient physical test to satisfy the inspector that all the material is
identify with, and that the material complies with the chemical and
physical requirements of the designated specification. Material specified
as suitable for welding and similar operations shall be given sufficient
check test to satisfy the inspector that it is suitable for the fabrication
procedure to be used.
