GRC is a combination of specially developed Alkali Resistant (AR) glass fibers and cement sand mortar. It is in many ways similar to concrete but its higher cement content and lower permeability make it more resistant to moisture penetration, atmospheric attack or sand erosion. Modern composites owe their genesis to glass-fiber reinforced polyester developed in the 1940's.

three times steel concrete building. • In recent years High Technology materials, specially synthetic composites and industrial processes. What Is GRC ?
• Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is a combination of specially
developed Alkali Resistant (AR) glass fibers and cement sand mortar.
• The resultant composite is a concrete like material combining
the compressive properties of cement mortars with the valuable flexural and tensile strength of the glass fibers. • It is in many ways similar to concrete but its higher cement content and lower permeability make it more resistant to moisture penetration, atmospheric attack or sand erosion. The high cement and low aggregate content also result in higher moisture movement than concrete, although thermal movement is similar. • GRC was originally pioneered by the U.K. Building Research Establishment in the early 1970's. This environment-friendly composite using natural raw material is transformed into a great variety of products. Due to its flexibility to meet performance, appearance and cost parameters, GRC products are popular among designers, architects, engineers and end users. Advantages:
• Mould ability to produce wide range of intricate shapes and profiles.
• Lightweight, ease and speed of handling, with reduced erection and transportation costs.
• Reduced loadings on buildings leading to substantial reductions in
structural and foundation costs, especially useful for building renovation or restoration.
• Ability to reproduce fine surface details.
• Low maintenance requirements.
• Good freeze-thaw resistance.
• Low permeability.
• Excellent fire properties.
• Environment-friendly. What Is GRP ?
• Glass fibre Reinforced Plastics (GRP) or Fiber Glass
Reinforced Plastics (FRP) are essentially structural materials that belong to the larger family of composite materials. As a matter of fact, modern composites owe their genesis to glass-fiber reinforced polyester developed in the 1940s. The composite basically consists of e-glass fibers and polyester resin that has excellent mould ability with several desired qualities such as lightweight, high strength, high stiffness, toughness, chemical resistance, electrical properties, aesthetic appeal, etc. Advantages
• Easy mould ability to architectural forms and shapes
• High strength to weight ratio
• Wide performance range
• Low manufacturing cost
• High resistance to impact
• Resistance to corrosion
• Good electrical characteristics
• Heat and sound insulation
• Translucency and color impregnation
Our Panels • Allow for fast, strong & affordable construction of homes, building, offices& warehouses. • All made from composite materials. • Allow for 35, 65, & 420 sqm. Homes to be build in 1, 4, & 10 days respectively. • Are waterproof, can withstand a hurricane, and no foundation or roof structure required. • Our panels come from 6cm to 10cm About us • World demand for houses clearly exceeds supply many times over among many factors contributing to it are price and inability to build fast enough per example on low income Housing. • According to a study conducted by the UN- Habitat agency, in 2001 over two billion human brings-i.e. over 40% of the population in development regions lived in cities, of which almost 870 million resided in slums. In fact, 78% of urban population of the last developed countries lived in slums. Uses of the Material • The material can be used for producing Islamic molding and decoration, persisted light domes, Hip tiles and vary recent facing of buildings. • The material is ideal for building’s accessories and Decorations coastal cities to resist Humidity and bad weather to perform Balcony Balustrade, Sun, Shade, pergolas, Flowers Boxes, and Entrance & Window’s cap. The Material Cement Fiber Glass • General Description: • Cement Fiber Glass is material developed from (GRC) with higher mechanical, physical, chemical specification: • 1-It’s stresses is 3 times of reinforced concrete and normal life time is not less than 4 times of it. • 2-It is not affected by water and Humidity. • 3-It resists alkalis acids salts and sea iodine it insulate heat & ELC. • It is very rigid and have high resistance friction it can has a smooth anti-pollution surfaces. Composition & Manufacturing Methods • 1-Cement, Sand, Polymers, water, and Adhesive materials. • 2-Reinforced by distributor alkaline fiber net (A.R. Fiber) which cold bear a very high tension. • 3- Exposed to a special Mechanical operations during manufacturing to be very rigid after drying & treatments. Notes on (A.R) Fiber • A.R. Fiber differ from other Fibers in the inclusion of (Zr02) Zirconium oxide which provides the alkaline assistance property. • The Glass is melted by electric or gas heated furnaces, molten glass passes from the furnace to series of electrically heated outlets which are made of platinum that defies the high temperature. Prefabricated Buildings systems • Walls: • 1- Sandwich panels from 6-10 cm thick with heat & sound insulating core. • Panels are two floors including life and dead loads. • Panels are semi-finished and have all electric & water embedded pipes. • The panels are surrounded with special interlocking made of wood, metal or G.R.C which make it easy for assembling and make the building one strong and Rigid block not affected by storms & earth Quakes. Uses of the prefab building systems • The system serves housing, educational, Tourist, Administrative, Exhibitions, Industrial, and Military Buildings. • Because of it’s light weight so addition one or two floors on the roof of the old buildings could be made easy. Portable GRC Bathroom top hat is water tank Sewage cover G.R.C strong and has no value because no steel. Sewage cover with ring Sewage cover with ring • Images 04 2 / 9 Qatar Gazebo Fence Mosque OmanGRC&GRP calculation • 1-Reduce the cost specially far from city. • 2-Easy for disassembling and can be transferred from one place to another, then re-assembled in different designs. • 3-It can be build on weak and bad soils. • 4-Very easy to produce shell construction roofs like domes, vaults and show rooms with very low cost. • Can be build in 1, 2, 10, day turn key. Thank You
