This is in reference to the discussion we had with you today over phone on above subject
where in you have shown your keen interests to market our products operating as our dealer
in Dimapur.
We gladly accept your proposal.
M/s Ankur Appliances is a small scale industry and also an approved firm of the Indian Oil
Corporation Limited. The unit is manufacturing various kitchen appliances having the
factories at Guwahati. In this winter season, we are planning to market L.P.G. based Gas
Geysers and Gas Room Heaters in Nagaland through your expertise and connections.
But, we cannot market the product called Gas Geyser and the Gas Room Heater in our name,
as we are manufacturing unit. Thus, we are deciding to market the same in the name of M/s.
Adroit Marketing and Consultancy Services, which is a sister concern of M/s. Ankur
Appliances, Guwahati. Adroit Marketing and Consultancy Services is also having a valid
CST and TIN Number located in S.R.BORA LANE, AMBARI ,GUWAHATI:781001
We are now informing you the following to operate as a dealer for the above mentioned
products.

As discussed with you we are planning to visit your office on the 21
st
of November, 2013
with a sample of the LPG Gas Geyser to provide a practical demonstration on the same. In
order to give a practical demonstration at your place, we need the following items from your
end in a location as per your convenience.
1. One filled Gas Cylinder.
2. One Low Pressure Regulator.
3. Suraksha Rubber Tube connected to the Regulator.
4. A supply of free flowing running water with normal pressure.
5. Rubber pipe to connect the water tap with the Geyser. The distance to be decided by
you after fixing demo place and the distance from the available water source. The size
of the water pipe should be half inch and all the arrangements should be there to
connect the rubber pipes with the water tap and the geyser.
6. One bucket to hold the free flowing hot water.
