WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ELSIE TACAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of
Atab, Sto. Tomas Proper, Baguio City. I am the owner of a certain parcel of
land covered and embraced by ASSESSMENT REAL PROPERTY NO. 2010-
05-008-108922 with an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS
more or less situated along Marcos Highway Bakakeng Central Brgy., Santo
Tomas, Baguio City and more particularly bounded as follows:

NORTH: ASS. LOT NO. 041 SOUTH: ASS. LOT NO. 043
EAST : ASS. LOT NO. 057 WEST : MARCOS HIGHWAY

That a segregated portion with an aggregate area of TWO HUNDRED
(200) SQUARE METERS more or less, particularly described as follows to wit:

A parcel of land situated at Residence Section J, Baguio City, Island of
Luzon, Bounded on the SE along lines 2-3-4 by Joan Carling; on the SW along lines
4-5-6 by Gloria Carling; on the NW along lines 6-1 by Gloria Carling; on the NE
along lines 1-2 by R. Fernandez. Beginning at a point marked on plan Bearing
N.62 deg. 52 W. 1150.99 m. from triangulation station Bakakeng, Baguio
Townsite.

Thence S. 32 deg. 30 E. 11.83 m. to point 3;
Thence S. 51 deg. 20 W. 10. 91 m. to point 4;

containing an area of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS, more or
less.

in an sketched plan hereto attached and made part of this document and
marked as Annex A, unto RUDY ASPILAN, of legal age, single, with residence
and postal address at Balacbac Interior A, Santo Tomas Proper, Baguio City.

That by virtue hereof, I hereby waive, relinquish, and quitclaim my rights
and/or interest over the above described parcel of land unto and in favor of
RUDY ASPILAN his heirs and assigns;

That this waiver and relinquishment is being executed by me to serve all
legal intents and purposes and not for speculation.

I have freely and voluntarily executed this WAIVER without anyone
coercing and influencing me.
