Item 7.F: Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to extend the Lease Rental Agreement with National Parking and Valet for the Management of the Tour Bus Zone and Ocean Ave Pilot Program, and Execute the Agreement with National Parking and Valet for the Pilot Parking Ambassador Program.

Item 7.G: Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to enter into an Agreement between the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Transportation Agency for Monterey County for the allocation of $13,000. to the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea as approved by the Transportation Agency Board of Directors.

Item 7.H: Consideration of a Resolution Awarding a Recycling Grant Totaling $1,500 to the Carmel Youth Center and Allocating the remaining $4,500 in Recycling Grant Funds to the Installation of Cigarette Receptacles at various locations in the City.
