Gift Brick Purchase Campaign
Commemorate Your Child & Family!
Morgan and Scott counties are the poorest in TN. The Morgan Scott Project needs
help from partners like us and twice a year Woodmont members travel to these
counties to help build and renovate homes and provide basic human essentials (safe
shelter, food) to those in need. The stories of the life changing work Woodmont
completes each trip is astounding.
The Menu
Country Captain Chicken (in tomato curry sauce)
Coconut Rice
Kale salad with roasted sweet potatoes
Apple crisp with cinnamon whipped cream
There is no fee to attend - donations are accepted to support the mission & outreach work of
Woodmont & The Nashville Food Project.
Our last 5-Star Dinner will be November 19th and we will celebrate the Thanksgiving
Season with a wonderful meal!
Fresh Christmas Wreaths!
WCC's Boy Scout Troop 92 is selling wreaths again this year!
Custom and freshly made Fraser Fir wreaths* 24" diameter, beautiful & fluffy
Accented with a red velvet bow * Wonderful gifts for friends & family
Less expensive than others of the same quality
The wreaths are $25.00 each, and Troop 92 uses the proceeds for outdoor
programs. Scouts will be taking orders in the Gathering Hall from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30
p.m. on Sundays, Nov. 9, 16 and 23. Checks payable to Troop 92 or cash are
welcome. We may be able to take credit cards but a minimal processing fee will be
added. Wreaths will be available for pick up on Sunday, Nov. 30, from 9:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m. under the Porte-Cochre on the south end of the building. If this is not
convenient, please let us know and we can arrange alternate times/places.
Please make reservations for 5-Star Dinners!
In prior weeks, there were attendees without reservations. While we stretched the food
supply to cover them, we may not always be able to do so. We purchase meals based on
the number of reservations made. Please double check your schedule each week and
make reservations - it's never been easier or more convenient to do so online! When you
make reservations online, you receive a confirmation email right away. Visit the link below
and bookmark it on your computer, phone, tablet, etc.. to easily return to it each week. You
may also fill out the Sunday connection card, email rvaughan@woodmontcc.org, or call
the church office at 297-8563. PLEASE NOTE that this Wednesday is a Missional
Wednesday Dinner. The process for making reservations is the same as 5-Star Dinner.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
