We are fast approaching the holiday Season. It seems as

though we start talking about Christmas and shopping and all
the "busy-ness" of the holidays long before they get to us. In
fact I was in a local big box store the other day and they had
their Christmas decorations out already; before Halloween!

Ironically enough we do have to make preparations before

the season gets upon us too much. Hopefully we are making
sure you are connected to the different aspects of ministry
leading up to November and December.
I am so thankful for how you all respond to serving our Lord.
You all go so far above and beyond the call when it comes to
making sure we have Operation Christmas Child boxes and
plenty of coats for the Children of the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home. This year we received 103 names for coats and
just like last year and years in the past not one single person
on our name list will go without a coat. How wonderful it is
in your consideration of what James has told us about being
true to our faith. Your faith is evident by your good works
and your good works are a result of your faith! I am so very
proud to get to serve along side of you all.
May God Richly Bless you as you make those special preparations long before the season ever arrives.
