Energy Acquisition Adjustment (Code 19)

(Effective July 1, 2011)

There shall be added to all electrical energy billed an energy acquisition adjustment. The energy acquisition adjustment shall be calculated by subtracting 5.08
cents per KWH from the annual weighted average cost per KWH of generated power and power purchased for resale. The excess from this calculation shall be
multiplied by the current month KWH usage.
