Administrator Password
The administrator password is the main account which would be used to log on to the appliance.
You should change the default password as soon as possible after setting up the appliance.
The default password is: Pa55w0rd
Create an administrator password that has at least 6 characters and contains a mix of uppercase and
lowercase letters, numbers, and non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !, $, #, %).
Note
For security reasons, it is recommended that any hard copy notes taken to
memorize this password will be either destroyed as soon as possible or
stored securely.
Certificates
In certain appliance deployments, SSL certificates are required. The Winfrasoft Appliance
Configuration Wizard provides the ability for administrators to generate their own self-signed
certificates to simplify the initial deployment. Certificate names MUST match the DNS name being
used for a particular application or web site.

Routing Table
A routing table is a set of rules, often viewed in table format, that is used to determine where data
packets travelling over an Internet Protocol (IP) network will be directed. All IP-enabled devices,
including routers and switches, use routing tables.
When an appliance has more than one network interface the Default Gateway is typically placed on
the External NIC to allow for routing to the Internet. Since there can only be one default gateway the
IP ranges used on the Internal network must be assigned in the routing table.
