Select Entity Type Code Usually District Number
Enter the Entity Code Normally this is the State Assigned 5-digit District Number
Enter the District Code Normally this is the State Assigned 5-digit District Number
Enter the first day of school for the current school year
Enter the previous state mandated count date
Enter the current state mandated count date
Select individual schools to be included in the export
If no schools are selected, the report will run for the
entire district

Select Run Now or Schedule

If you select Schedule, the schedule settings box will appear and you can enter the required
information to schedule the report to run at specific times and dates.
Click Submit to Run or Schedule the Report

Select when to run the report

Select Individual Grades to be included in the report

If no grades are selected, the report will run for all grades

Select the proper reporting period

Enter the start date of the reporting period
Enter the end date of the reporting period

Select Submitting Entity Type Usually District
Enter the Submitting Entity Code Normally this is the State Assigned 5-digit District Number

Enter the previous state mandated count date

Enter the current state mandated count date
Enter the District Code Normally the State Assigned 5-digit District Number
Select Submitting Entity Type Usually District
Enter the Submitting Entity Code Normally the State Assigned 5-digit District Number
Enter a comma delimited list of School IDs to be included in the export If no
School IDs are entered, the report will run for the entire district
Select Only Students Without an Assigned UIC or All Students
Select No for the Michigan Request for UIC Report or
Yes for the Michigan Early Roster Report

Select the Purpose Run for All Students after getting your selection of students

Select which students to calculate attendance for:
All Students, Exited Students Only, or No Students

Select individual schools to be included in the update

If no schools are selected, the completion status for all
students at all schools will be updated.

Select individual grade levels to be included in the update

If no grade levels are selected, the completion status for all
students in all grade levels will be updated.

Enter the start date of the reporting period

Enter the end date of the reporting period
Select the completion status you wish to use to update all
student historical grade records.
