Initiate the development of innovative solutions to environmental problems and participate in water and
air pollution control, recycling, waste disposal, and public health issues as well as in local and global
environmental issues. Conduct hazardous waste management studies to evaluate the significance of the
hazard, advice on treatment and containment, and develop regulations to prevent mishaps. Focus on
working with municipal wastewater supply and industrial wastewater treatment systems. Gather data and
research on environmental impact of proposed construction projects, analyze scientific data, and perform

development of Environmental Management System. Facilitated training to approximately 4000
employees about Environmental Management System and Chemical Safety Training for Norfolk Ford
Assembly Plant. Instructed newly hired and current employees to develop knowledge and competencies
in eliminating contact with chemicals to prevent accidents and injuries that could harm individual and
company profits. Provided expert oversight to all functional areas of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Plant at Norfolk Assembly Plant. Assumed full responsibility in manpower scheduling, material ordering,
effluent water compliance, external and internal communication, data collection, and maintenance of
