Executive Summary
This report on remittance department of the Nepal Bank Limited, New Road submitted to
Pokhara Management College for the fulfillment of the requirement of Bachelor in
Business Administration. This report is mainly divided into three sections: General
description of the industry, general description of the organization and specific study of
function (Job done and lesson learned) and internship program feedback. The first section
as name suggests, i.e. General Description of the industry mainly describes about origin
of the bank and history of the bank, how banking system enter in Nepal. The second
section describes about the introduction and history of NBL, its mission and objectives,
about branches and number of staffs in NBL. The third section describes about what I
have learned in NBL and how remittance department function and a brief SWOT analysis
of this department.
The last section of the report describes about my recommendation and my personal
feedback towards NBL.
