Manifesto Of Man Making Mission (3M)

Introduction:
he extreme desires of life are to exist and to evolve. Whatever human does,

the motive behind that actions are to be and become. Now to be and become
one has to get control over the factors of his existence, so that one could

manipulate those in favour of existence. The existential factors influence from

inside as well as outside. The inner factors are managed psychologically and
genetically; and environmental factors are controlled chemically, biologically and
socially. Now to become quite efficient to get full control over self to combat the
internal and external forces, one has to be built up self. This movement is Man
Making Mission (3M). Scientifically human being is a combination of psychological and
biological qualities. So the purpose of 3M is to make psychological and genetic
evolution of an individual, for building human with more humanitarian qualities.
Psychological change comes with superior loving attachment that begets wisdom,
self-realization and feeling of oneness with all. On the other hand genetic or
biological development comes through scientific eugenics i.e. selection of mates with
psychogenic compatibility, which gives birth of better progeny.

There are ten following points of 3M as the outcome of thousands of years

observations of the past social Seers, with modern scientific verifications. Picking up
those most indispensible issues of man making program, we offer it to the mankind
to adopt 3M. This is a minimum 20 years program of individual to execute in their
personal and family life. It is for all of them who dream to build people of godly
excellence i.e. humanity and wisdom. Hence society will be normally transformed into
divine world. This mission has been already initiated in various forms in different
corners of the globe. Now it is going to lay foundation of a future global society of
humanity. Lets uphold 3M by manifesting the given protocols:

1. To feel that each individual requires a living embodiment of wisdom (true Master) in life
in whom - all the faculties of past knowledge have been meaningfully materialized to
make evolved everyone according to the individuals distinctiveness by adjusting
complexes and passions.
Human has an inner tendency to love someone-the-best and becomes enlighten by fulfilling Him with all of his
/ her passions, habits, characters, efficiencies, complexes. If He is the man of wisdom, having the capabilities
to fulfill-the-best to uphold existence and evolution of each individuals distinctiveness, then loving attachment
of individual to Him makes him/her well competent to control over all of his/her passions. Individuals
development of efficiency depends upon the meaningful organization of human passions like anger, greed,
lust, etc. These are the indispensible human characters to lead life towards the goal, where these are
targeted. So naturally when true love (attachment/goal of life) is made with such a man of wisdom, then all of
the passions or complexes are getting targeted to please Him and gradually one becomes psychically a
reformed person. This is actual cultural evolution.

2. Promise to try level best to manipulate and turn any urge of inner complexes to fulfill
the directives of Master-man for the greater cause of life.
Urge of passions drives individual to do something. So human go-of-life also gets control according to the
force of passionate enticements. Actual education starts when one recognizes his/her urge of passions and
learns to utilize the urge of complexes towards existential-becoming of own and his/her environment. The
lessons of existential-becoming or education of life and growth comes from the loving attachment to the
Master-man. This love leads him/her towards the greater cause of life by fulfilling wider circle of human
society. Moving with higher purpose of life is the parameter of greatness of individual and higher purpose is
rightly taught by the man of highest quality.

3. Whenever any wish for good-action shall come in mind, immediately it has to be applied
in practice.
The inner inspiration and impulse of nature - sometimes drive us to do something in favour of our existence
and becoming. But this urge of good work often goes into vain, as we fail to execute this urge into action
because of our some obsessions of complexes. The biggest tragedy comes after this. The mechanism of
motor-sensory coordination gets damaged. It means - the wish of good-action gradually declines and finally it
stops forever. This is a kind of psycho-physical disorder. This disorder never forces him to take any good-

action towards self-existence and life gets ruined. It brings mental death. So all the good wishes which are
approved by the directives of Living Ideal, - must be applied into action immediately.

4. One must regularly go with inquisitive-service towards the environment, along with
self-realization and self-reformation.
It is scientific fact that existence of individual very much depends upon the existence of others, those are
present in the surroundings like man, nature, matter, etc. So to love and nurture self-existence, it is
indispensible to serve the existence of surroundings. Food, shelter, cloth, health care and all of the other
essential amenities for individuals we receive from the service of our surroundings. But we seldom in return,
physically come forward to serve them, so that we could get continuous flow of service and protection from
our environment. This level of sensitiveness only increases if we go through regular practices of selfreformation and self-realization. It elevates human consciousness that makes to realize the impulses of the
environment to protect and uphold our existential-becoming.

5. One must not encourage those activities like go-between, libido-distortion, etc, which
make grave psycho-physical disorder and built a barrier in between a person and his
success of life, by destroying motor-sensory-coordination.
There are two very core psychic factors (1) Go-between and (2) Libido-distortion; which are responsible to
stop progress and success of individual life. Firstly: It is the common human behaviour that he/she often
neglects or forgets to keep the words or commitment given to someone. Sometimes also he/she spends the
money for some work, which (money) was kept for using of some specific purpose. Though it seems very
minor event, but such behaviours severely damage the inner mechanism of exerting the effort for completion
of a work successfully. This is called go-between. Often this dangerous psycho-behavioural disorder pulls
down one from his/her go-of-success. Secondly: Libido or tendency of attachment is the key factor of
progress in life. It sets the goal and carries one towards the achievement of life. So, when one makes some
target to achieve something, but becomes unsuccessful. Or sometimes he/she is refused by other factor or
person to get a hold of his/her objective; or he/she does not become enough strong to grab his/her desire. In
this situation, often he/she behaves or acts as a pose-of-denial of his/her expected intention and pretends as
if he/she never wanted it; rather he/she hates that. It destroys his/her libido of getting attached with greater
purpose of successful life. This is libido distortion. These are two very common but very dangerous
psychological disorder which damages the inner motor-sensory co-ordination of a man; and that strongly
resists one - from getting attached with superior purpose of life and to accomplish sure success. The worlds
most successful people gets win over these two factors.

6. One should not make any difference among the Seers (world Masters), who had fulfilled
the past Seers by their way-of-life and teachings.
The world Masters or Seers when come, show the path of existential-becoming of each individual according to
his/her distinctiveness. They are the true leaders of the people. If we rationally see their lives and teachings
with our open eyes, find that they show the rightmost path of life and growth of individual and society, as per
the need and problems of the contemporary age of their life time. As all of the word Seers do the same work
to lay the best foundation to uphold the human, material and spiritual existence, in that way they are all same.
The latest one (Seer) is the fulfiller of the past (Seers), as He modifies the way of human existence what
becomes rotten in due course of time flow. Thus He comes out as the symbol of unity and integrity of world
civilization. People get total happiness and find the light of wisdom out of loving attachment to this Ideal
personality. This attachment makes individual regardful to the past Seers and also reveals the latest scientific
means of being and becoming of self, with the whole environment. The being-becoming includes existence
of universal humanity and development of socio-economy of divine world communism.

7. One has to be regardful to his own forefathers, as ones own present existence is
extension of his past forefathers, so they must not be neglected and one ought to set a
link between his past and present.
It is perhaps the greatest treachery to disobey or discard or ignore our forefathers, even if they might have
committed some mistakes. It is because our existence is standing only on their cultural and biological
contributions and we are the extension of them only. If we think that we are doing better for us and best for the
society then the credits definitely go to our forefathers too, as we only culturally brush-up our hereditary
characters, that is received from our parents and forefathers. So in that case disregarding and rejecting the
forefathers, in other words, is ignoring self-existence. This is one of the most foolish action and thought of any
individual not to rationally accept the past. Not only that this act of rejection gradually gets inherited into the
next generation and one day they themselves get rejected by their children and grandchildren. Onwards this
culture of negation spreads into all dimensions of the society and civilization.

8. Acceptance of the natural bio-chemical law of grouping of hereditary character of

individual and science of eugenics; and rejection of the disastrous hypogamous sexual
relationship (between more-evolved female egg and less-evolved male sperm) is
essentially be encouraged to save human potentials.

There are two basic factors of human existence: (1) Grouping of hereditary character of individual (2)
Evolutionary eugenics. Varieties among different plants and animals even in matters were found in the course
of existential-evolution of nature. Again in different varieties of plants and animals - grouping of similar
characters were developed. Such as variations of mango, paddy, tiger, monkey, etc. Similarly, division of
similar kinds of hereditary characters of mankind were evolved in natural course of social development. These
all complexities were essentials for better human existence. Thus division of social labour moved forward into
society in the form of Intellectual, Managerial, Commercial and Physical labours. It was developed, out of free
choice of labour and that was because of different inner native bent of mankind. This is hereditary character
which rolled on as an essential factor of socio-economic progress of human civilization. To maintain the
consistent human evolution, proper eugenics was indispensible along with cultivating the existential-culture
under the leadership of a master-man of full of wisdom. The finding of law of eugenics since early stage of
civilization was; girl had to choose her husband of a man of higher cultural heredity (better culture and better
genetic hereditary potentials). The reason is - female has an inner tendency to have a better husband in all
respect to be evolved through their better children. On the other hand society also gets fulfilled by continuous
supply of better human resource. This is a natural (bio-chemical) law of genetic evolution of life. So protection
and evolution of hereditary potentials of individual and proper eugenics (i.e. by building awareness to restrict
marriage/mating of higher hereditary potentials of girls with less biological potential of males) are the most
demanding issues of existential-evolution of mankind for future social building.

9. Self-existence directly varies with the existence of the social and bio-chemical
environment. We have to understand the evolving mechanism of socio-environmental
eco-system and must develop the realization of oneness feeling with this total ecology
by spiritual realization and scientific awareness; being attached with one.
Superior realization comes with superior loving attachment. As we have already come to know that
attachment to the superior master-man is cause of gaining true wisdom. Here only different faculties of
knowledge get integrated in right manner, which opens the true direction to uphold the existence. Now, one
realizes that - self-existence is directly varies with the existence of the greater social, biological and chemical
(material) environment. Since the beginning of creation, in the process of universal and natural evolution,
human being was created. Onwards in the course of social evolution human was more and more associated
with socio-bio-chemical environment. So there was an unbreakable bonding with this environment through
inter-dependence. More we become conscious, more we feel this truth of such socio-environmental ecological
bonding; and accordingly we try to maintain this ecological balance. When we know this through material
analysis, then it is called scientific awareness and when we feel the fact with cause finding understanding,
then it becomes spiritual realization. This awareness or consciousness begets oneness feeling with the

totality, which causes the revelation of relationship between self and whole creation; i.e. it opens the path of
journey of self since the moment of creation. Then one spontaneously comes out, to serve each individual as
a fact of self-existence. This is actually God realization. So with a realization of self-existence we have to
uphold the Socio Environmental Ecology (SEE) out of oneness feeling with the whole. This comes by getting
attached to one who is the master man of wisdom.

10. Primary goal of man making mission (3M) is to transform each individual bio-psychically
into the man of wisdom which may also change the society into the all-favouring socioeconomic world order of Global humanity (divine communism) i.e. World United States
(WUS).
Purpose and objective of Man Making Mission (3M) is to transform each individual psychologically and
genetically into higher-conscious human being. 3M stands on three factors, those are: (1) Superiorattachment (2) Self-awareness (3) Genetic-elevation. Sense of consciousness is, to have a realization of
feeling of oneness with the greater socio environmental ecological system and to achieve efficiency to nurture
existential-becoming of individuals. This efficiency takes society towards scientific awareness of innovations
and self-reliance economy, it minimizes multinational monopoly over industry, that builds the foundation of
socialistic-democracy - where political and economic powers gradually get handed over to the people leaded
by the master-man. It generates universal humanity and binds nations into unity to move ahead to form divine
communism the World United States (WUS). So 3M is a silent world revolution with a goal of qualitative
(psychogenic) transformation of individual into quantitative transformation of society and this transformation
will make a global society.
