Management Trainee Product Development (MT- PD)

You will work (12-18 months) in the core function of Product Development, growing into
management positions within different business functions basis your interest and
skills. Specifically, you will:
Understand financial content, created by experienced practitioners.
Simplify and model complex material into easily understandable eLearning courses.
Develop expertise in instruction design, to improve delivery of knowledge.
After 12-18 months in Product Development, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager - in
business areas like Business Development B2C & B2B, Product Management, Learning
Delivery Management, Certifications, Partner Management, etc.
The kind of person you are:
You have a keen interest in teaching and finance.
Creative and innovative thinker.

Management Trainee Business Development (MT- BD)

After a 3 month induction in product development, you will take responsibility for a specific
role in the Business Development function.
You will be responsible for independent targets/activities for specific client segments, like BD B2B for IT companies, Corporates, Educational institutes, BD channel sales, BD
retail sales etc. The possible locations for this role are Mysore OR Mumbai (after 6-12 months
in Mysore).
The kind of person you are:
You have basic understanding of Finance, with passion for Sales and Business Development.
High energy and initiative.

Management Trainee Learning Delivery Management (LDM)

Learning Delivery Management (LDM) is the business unit, where we manage the learning
experience of our users both individual and corporate once they start learning. It is a
critical part of the business. Your role entails:
Ideate and set-up B2B best practices/models for usage enhancement and reporting.
Ongoing interaction with B2B clients to monitor reports and improve usage.
Organise onsite workshops/talks to enhance learning experience and motivate employees.
Build and enhance long-term relationship with clients you will have a revenue target.
Understand clients ongoing business requirements and seek BD opportunities.
The kind of person you are:
Creative, energetic and target driven.
Excellent client facing skills able to interact with clients, understand their business
requirements and challenges.
A candidate with prior experience in Customer facing/Sales/Business Development
roles, will be preferred.

Compensation & Eligibility

CTC: INR 5.03 lakh

Eligibility:

INR 4.28 lakh fixed

Final year students of MBA, with min. 3 electives in

banking or finance, with:

+ INR 10,000 Confirmation bonus

+ INR 60,000 Performance based bonus
+ INR 5,000 Relocation Allowance

Min. 60% in 10th & 12th
