No ocurrences so far; the Concession Contract establishes that the design and construction risk is to be taken on by the Concessionaire. The only risks to be taken on by
the Grantor include the geological risk and the interferences that could bring about revising the financial economic balance. In addition, the Contract foresees additional
works, as requested by the Grantor.
The Concessionaire is carrying out the provisions in the CSMS Plan. Forms for the Control of Personal Protection Gear Use, Permits for High Risk Works (Hoisting,
confined space, work at high elevations, work under heat conditions, electric work, excavations), Form for inspections to equipment, machinery, cranes, etc. are
submitted on a monthly basis in theWorks Progress Reports, as prepared by the Concessionaire. In addition, these registers are attached to the Monthly Supervision

Based on the PEO, the CONCESSIONAIRE requests a partial or total acceptance of Works; within the next 5 days after the Acceptance of Works Minutes has been
requested, the GRANTOR appoints an Acceptance Committee, made up of at least a Supervisor's representative. The Acceptance of Works Committee has a deadline of 30
