Hereby I subscribe to the BELEX.tiker service.

Access to the Belex.tiker and data within subjects to the General Terms of Use of the BELEX.tiker and
its provisions, therefore by signing the Application / Agreement you accept the stated legal
terms. Receipt, implementation and display of BELEX.tiker at the above stated web-location is free
of charge.
GENERAL TERMS:

All information available to the Subscriber via the BELEX.tiker are for information only. The Subscriber can
make the data from the BELEX.tiker available to any third party solely by providing the insight into the
BELEX.tiker by displaying it on the reported location, with the obligation of putting the link to the Belgrade
Stock Exchange official website www.belex.rs. The BELEX.tiker may not, under any terms, be distributed to any
third party, completely or partially. Reproduction of the BELEX.tiker shall not be possible to any third party,
completely or partially. The Subscriber shall not, under any terms, either alter the BELEX.tiker or its content.
The Exchange shall not be held liable either for any unrealized Subscriber's expectations in relation to the
data on the BELEX.tiker or for any direct or indirect, accidental, material or non-material damage, losses or
expenditures induced as a result of the use or inability to use data available through the BELEX.tiker.
All rights in relation to the BELEX.tiker are sole property of the Belgrade Stock Exchange. The Subscriber shall
be obliged not to use the BELEX.tiker in violation of the regulation, either by unauthorized access,
transmission, recording the data or by any other form of abuse of intellectual and material property of the
Exchange or any third party. The Subscriber is further prohibited from reproducing, copying, alteration or
distribution of the program, design or the BELEX.tiker layout or its elements.
The Subscriber is solely and entirely responsible for the ability, security, rights of access and access to the
Exchanges web page from the location from which he accesses the Internet. In the event of circumstances
which prevent the normal access and use of the BELEX.tiker, which are not caused and could not be forseen by
the Exchange, the Exchange reserves the right to suspend the access to the BELEX.tiker until the
circumstances preventing distribution have been overcome. The Exchange shall not be held liable for any
error, damage or impossibility to access the BELEX.tiker if these have occured as a result of circumstances
beyond the control of the Exchange, specially referring to computer viruses, short circuits, telecommunication
failures, unauthorized access to the Exchanges electronic system, Subscribers activities interrupting the
functioning of the BELEX.tiker, defects on the mechanical equipment, decisions of state institutions and
similar.
Access and use of the BELEX.tiker in violation of these Terms of Use shall be considered as unconditional reason
for cancelling the access to the BELEX.tiker. The Belgrade Stock Exchange reserves the right to file charges for
reimbursement of the demage to the court of jurisdiction in Belgrade. The Belgrade Stock Exchange reserves
the right to alter the structure and content of the data in the BELEX.tiker without the previous announcement or
previous or afterwards consent.

By submitting this Application /Agreement I aknowledge the following:

that I am familiar with the content of the data available through the BELEX.tiker;
that I am familiar and that I accept that I will receive the right to use BELEX.tiker service upon signing the
Application / Agreement, which I am going to use in respect to the aforementioned General Terms.
