Visa Argentina S.A does hereby certify that Mr/Mrs. SMITH/GLORIA ELISA, Holder of Visa
Platinum card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX 7786 (hereinafter Holder), has the following benefits:
Visa Travel Assistance(*) - Platinum Service

Beneficiaries: This service covers Holder, his/her spouse or partner and Holder's
children and parents, travelling jointly with Holder or separately. All additional
members of Holder's Visa Platinum Account (who are next-of-kin of Holder) shall also
be deemed as beneficiaries and shall enjoy individual assistance.
Assistance expenses limits: The maximum global amount for all the services enumerated
as follows is USD 30,000 (thirty thousand US dollars):
Accident or non-preexisting illness: In the event of accident or non-preexisting
disease in a European country, the limits of the coverage shall automatically
be modified up to 30,000 (thirty thousand Euros).
In case of death, the provider will make all the necessary arrangements for the
repatriation of the human remains of the deceased beneficiary and will take upon
the transportation expenses to Argentina.
Other services stipulated according to the attached General Terms and Conditions
of the Visa Travel Assistance Service
The aforementioned limits shall apply to each beneficiary and to each trip.
Service validity: 120 running days as from commencement of the beneficiary's trip.
Effective unless Holder's Visa Platinum Card is no longer authorized for use. In
that case, service shall be automatically terminated.

Visa Travel Assistance Service General Terms and Conditions are attached hereto, which
fully describe its scope, assistance and exceptions.

It is hereby noted that the aforementioned Beneficiary shall be awarded Visa Travel
Assistance solely if he/she is (a) the Holder, (b) a member of Holder's Family Group.
For that purpose, Family Group shall be construed as the spouse or partner and first
degree ancestors and descendants, whether members of Visa or not, travelling jointly
with Holder or separately and residing within 30km of the address informed by Holder
for communication purposes. For the purposes of determining such person's capacity as
a member of the Family Group, the term 'partner' shall be construed as such person
of the same sex as Holder or of the other sex who may prove that he/she has lived
with Holder during at least 6 (six) months prior to the application for Service.
Such cohabitation may be proved by submitting any of the following documents: (i)
a cohabitation certificate executed before a notary public or any administrative
authority with jurisdiction or (ii) a photocopy of the Holder's and his/her partner's
identity document [D.N.I.] evidencing the same address. Service provider and/or Visa
Argentina S.A. shall be entitled to request at any time any applicable documentation
evidencing that the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries are members of the Family Group

covered by the Visa Travel Assistance Service and (c) the users of Holder's additional
Platinum Cards.
