Technical deviation and variation to the specification

Our present offer is based on the frequency mentioned in clause no
4.1. In case of any change,we will propose frequencies based on the
availability of latest grid map of the local grid which we request you to
provide.The proposed frequencies will be forwarded to you for your
approval from the respective agencies.
Kindly confirm the link lengths between all substation in order to decide
the output power of PLCC .We have assumed all line lengths to be less
than 300 Kms. Our present offer is based on the same.

As per the approved manufacturer ABB mentioned in the tender

document PLCC set is designed to perform within temp. range of -5C.
To +45C in normal operation. Equipment may not be operated at the
temp higher than +55 C for more than 24 hours

We have considered that the site preparation work for the areas of
towers, equipments, buildings covered under the switchyard package
only and other areas like extension under the "scope of work of
CE(MM)" and "space for residential colony" as shown in the layout
drawing with bid document are not included in our price.

Provision of Trench Section,in a Particular Location,on Layout shall be

deceided during Detail Engg.,solely based on Nos of Cables under
Present Scope including Provisions of Cables for Future Bays shown in

We have considered variable Wall thickness of Cable Trenches based
on Various Depth & actual Design requirement..
Road X-ing of Cable Trenches may be Designed with Adequate
Size/Nos/Quality of RC Pipes,duly encased with Concrete.
Fixing of Cable/Cable Tray Support,as the case may be,shall be as per
