Description :
With the presence of Social Media in today's advancing world buyers have become more
independent and has wide options world wide to make their purchases. Used car Industry
in Trinidad is losing large segment of their market due to availability of buying options
for end users. Moreover, different small unknown companies are also creating damages in
the reputation of the Used Car Dealers due to which end users prefer to go for their
options.
Executive Summary :
The purpose of this Proposal is to establish a strong business relation between Used Car
Dealers of Trinidad and SBT Japan to facilitate the region with quality foreign used cars.
It will be a bilateral relationship wherein wherein both parties will be working in
collaboration with each other to increase their business.
The industry has the window of opportunity to explore and gain significant market share
by enabling end users to directly contact local dealers rather then buying vehicles directly
from an exporter.
Project Description:
The project will come into initiation on the day when both parties agrees on the terms.
The terms will be reviewed quarterly and revised if necessary.
Sales and Marketing Summary
The main focus of the strategy includes:
From SBT Japan :
1) Individual buyers: SBT Japan will refer the individual buyers directly to the local
dealer of his area who will be the customer of SBT Japan.
2) Social Marketing: Every dealer will be advertised on SBT Japan's regional page of
Trinidad and Tobago as a Platinum, gold or silver member depending upon the buying of
they dealer.
3) Exceptionally low prices: SBT Japan will sale the vehicles on minimum fee which
will very depending upon per month buying of the dealer:
1 to 10 Units per month SBT Fee will be 70,000 JPY per vehicle.

11 to 20 units per month SBT Fee will be 60,000 JPY per vehicle.
21 to 30 Units per month ST Fee will be 45,000 JPY per vehicle
30 and above vehicles per month SBT Fee will be 30,000 JPY per
vehicle.
* 40,000 JPY will be charged separately on each vehicle as domestic
cost.
C&F of the vehicle will be calculated as follows:
C&F = Buying Cost + 40,000 JPY (Domestic cost) + SBT Fee + Freight
4) After sale services: Excellent after sale services will be provided
to the customers such as, parts, compensations etc.
5) Payment relaxation: On large buying extra relaxations will be
provided to the buyer for the payment.
From Trinidad used Car Dealers:
As SBT Japan is holding a vide stock which gives various verity and quality of vehicles
to the Customer, therefore, in order to maintain fresh stock it has to be make sure that the
dealers will buy minimum 70% of their quota form SBT Japan. Rest of 30%, they can
utilize however they want.
