Create NodeB
To create NodeB , you should collect all the informations for site ,Type
of the site , Target configuration for the site ( how many sector
UMTS2100 &UMTS900) , how many carrier frequency , Hub site or far
end site, And the RNC Name as mentioned in below table.

Two parts to create NodeB script, PartA , and PartB.

Part A : ( import Iub Summery ) Please follow below steps :
1-This tools is used for auto fill up 3G NodeB Iub summary only.
2-Do not change these 3 excel file name and "output" name, due to they
already nesting in the macro.
3-"live RNC BSC IPCLOCK and OSS IP design for static route" this file
should be keeping update once any parameter plan is changed.

How to use it:

1- Open "Auto Fill Summary Tool R14 FOR 3G.xlsm" and enable the
Macro, then fill up the "NodeB name" as the swap plan sites.
2-Also please fill up the "adjnode No" with the start number (before you
fill please check the existing adjnode on Live RNC, make sure no any
conflict)
3-then click "auto fill summary data"
4-After the task finish, the Iub summary will be in "output".
5-Open this Iub summary, enable the macro, and check the parameter is
correct or not. If correct go to "add-in" click "Generate NodeB sheets
from Summary" then after it finish the Iub summary will be finish.

Key point: after step 5 you should remember if any site is 3G only you
should go to this sheet and "reset row" then delete the content in row 247
and 249.then you can import to CME.

From M2000, right click on the RNC which you want create NodeB on it ,
MML Command .

Type Command Input : LST ADJNODE , Then execute

Go to up to check by Adjacent Node Type Iub

See below the last ID 2143 , if you want make new

NodeB script add 1 to last number (2143+1=2144).

again:
LST ADJNODE, Query type: BYNAME
Adjacent Node Name: Put site ID

After ADJNODE ID ready now we can start create IUB Summary by

cells in BSC & BTS rows which marked red (include cell To BSC & To

your laptop or by USB.

Note : if you want do it by USB , you should another laptop , and please
follow below steps.

From My computer open D , create new folder name USB , inside

USB folder create new folder name NodeB inside NodeB folder create
folder name Configuration .
USB/NodeB/Configuration.
Copy XML file to Configuration folder.
