ORANGE HRM LIVE

OrangeHRM Live is an all encompassing HR application with rich features.


One of the requirement in Orange HRM is PERFORMANCE which is to keep track of
performance of each employee.
This Requirement has following child requirements:

1.1 KPI LIST: KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator, it has a search box which
searches key performance indicator on the basis of job title which has drop down
list.
On selecting one of the option from drop down list , key performance
indicators for job title is obtained where we can ADD,DELETE and COPY key
performance indicator.
1.2 ADD KPI: Add KPI allows to add key performance indicator based on job title. It
has the option of rating maximum and minimum. It also has SAVE and RESET
buttons.
1.3 COPY KPI: Copy KPI allows copying of key performance indicators from one job
title to another. It also has SAVE and RESET buttons.
1.4 ADD REVIEW: Add review is used to add review to the performance of employee.
Add review has the option of Employee Name, Reviewer Name, review
duration and due date. It also has SAVE and CLEAR buttons.
1.5 REVIEWS: Review is used for searching performance review based on either
review duration or job title or sub division or employee or reviewer. It also has
SEARCH and CLEAR buttons.

Functional Specification:
This section gives the information about the behaviour of Orange HRM Live
product.
Performance is one of the main requirement in case of Orange HRM Live. This requirement
consists of five child requirements.

Review

KPI List: It searches for key performance indicator for the employees based on job title. It
has search button which does this function and displays the result. After obtaining the
search result, it has options like add, delete and copy for modifying the database.
Add KPI: It functions by adding key performance indicator to the employee based on job
title. It also options to add maximum and minimum rating with make default option. It also
has options to save and reset.
Copy KPI: It functions by copying key performance indicator from one job title to another.
It also has options to save and reset.
Add REVIEW: It helps in adding review to the performance of employee. Review will be done
for particular time period and this review has to be completed within the specified time
duration. So it has options like FROM,TO and DUE DATE. It also has options to save and
clear.
REVIEW: Review is used for searching performance review based on either review duration or job
title or sub division or employee or reviewer. So options like From date, To date, Job Title, Sub
Division, Employee name and Reviewer name. It also has SEARCH and CLEAR buttons.
Here database can be modified by adding, editing and deleting performance reviews by using
options ADD,DELETE and EDIT.
