Mission One: Recover the relic
If you are a Defender you will deploy first & get first turn (up to1K POINTS OF YOUR CHOICE) in the center circle. This is your recovery detachment. A perimeter
defense shielding is deployed that grants a 3++ to all shooting attacks crossing into your deployment zone; contingent to the survival of your PFGs each is set up
as shown above. You will have to hold out two turns; all reserves (down to 500 PT OF YOUR CHOICE) arrive on turn 3 using both of the long table edges.
-Your primary objective is to hold the relic shard until the end of the battle.
-Your secondary objective is to defend your power field generators PFGs
(PFGs may be repaired by any character in-lue of shooting on a roll of a 6 normal repair modifiers apply).
If you are an Attacker you will deploy on either or both table sides, normal deployment rules follow.
-Your Primary objective is to take the relic shard & hold it until the end of battle.
-Your Secondary objective is to destroy the defense perimeter (destruction of each reduces the effectiveness; 3++ start /4++/5++/5++ with in 6)
PRIMARY SCORING: 9 points
- The Relic is worth 5 points at the end of the game & whomever holds the relic is a defender for the next battle
- Each PFG is a 1 for 1 point. Each PFG that survives the end game is one defender point; Each PFG that is destroyed is one Attacker Point (4point Value).
Notable Achievement Points: 6 points
- First Blood/Slay the Warlord; each one point (2 Achievement points max)
- Eliminated Unit Type in Play; HQ & Troops. All opponent HQs/Troops eliminated one point each (2 Achievement points max, one point each)
- Strategic Intervention; if a reserve unit successfully destroys an opponents unit on the turn they arrive;
- PFG 1/1; If all PFG survive/or all destroyed player gains an additional point to Defender/Attacker (1 Achievement point each)

Act One-Into the VoidThis Act will involve three scenes or battles
played in a casual pick-up format. They are as
follows.
-Battle One: Recovery
-Battle Two: The Secret
-Battle Three: Union
- 2 Notable Achievements.
-3 Corruption (Scoring Corruption will be
described below & is worth negative points.)
Each Battle will be published on the group sight
& mission packets will be picked up from TCS.
From that time you will freely contact your
opponent & schedule your battle. The second
battle will be released in
concession/completion of all players having met
their battle and/or the two week period is up.
Corruption:
Game up force multipliers!!!
Players gain corruption points for each time
their army exceeds the starting value of
1500(yes looking at you Chaos Summons,
Tyranids & Necrons). This accounts of total
start value not current values (so any army
losses excluded)
Corruption is scored as follows and treated as
negative points:
+1-100pts
+101-200 pts
+201-300 pts
+301-400 pts
+401-500 pts
+501-XXX pts
=1
=2
=3
=4
=5
=5 *
Objectives:
In the first battle as Defenders your goal is to
keep the relic shard from the Attackers.
Attackers goal is to collect the relic shard.
