At home Susi is watching the television. Suddenly her sister, Mentari comes and informs to susi,
if she has a rash.
Mentari

:Susii

: What happen to you?

Mentari

:I dont know, I have a rash in my skin. Its bothering me.

Susi

:Do you have an allergy?

Mentari

:Oh yes, Im forget. I have allergy with shrimp. What do you suggest for me?

Susi

:Try to take talcum powder.

Mentari

:OK., I will try.

A few minutes later, Mentari comes to susi again

Mentari

:Susi its not really work. My skin still rashs. Can you suggest anything else?

Susi

:Should you take medicine.

Mentari

:Oh, , No. My medicine has run out.

Susi

:Oh my good. Okay lets go to the hospital.

In Moewardi hospital
In the afternoon, Mentari comes to moewardi hospital with her sister. She have gotten rash in her
skin since yesterday, its bothering her.

:Oh yes, My name is susi. I company my sister to check my sisters rash.

:Okay. Please fill out patient registration form. Whats your name?

:I live at Mango street 37, Surakarta.

In the doctors office Susi and Mentari meet the doctor.

Dara

: Good Afternoon, what is your name?

Mentari

: My name is Mentari.

Dara

: What seems to be the problem?

Mentari

: I have a rash in my skin. I have allergy with shrimp.

Dara

:Can you tell me about your problem?

Mentari

:This morning, I had breakfast with the shrimp. I forgot , if Im allergy with it.

Dara

:Do you feel your skin like burnt?

Mentari

: Yes I do.

Dara

: Are you taking any medicine?

Mentari

: Not yet, My medicine has run out.

Dara

: Im going to give you a prescription.

Mentari

: Ok doctor, thanks you

: You are welcome.

At the pharmacy, Susi want to exchange prescription with drugs.

:Pharmacy May I help you?

Susi

:Yes, I have run out of my antibiotic and cream

Nopita

:Can I see the prescription?

Susi

:Oh Okay. This is my prescription from dokter.

Nopita

:Okay. Please wait a few minutes. Ill get if for you.

Susi

:Okay. Thank You.

1. Last year Mentari had a shrimp allergy.

2. Ten months ago Mentari didnt eat shrimp, so she was healthy.
3. The day before yesterday Mentari ate shrimp.
4. Yesterday Mentari had rash in the skin.
5. Mentari forgot if she had an allergy with shrimp.
6. This morning she took talcum powder.
7. Her medicine had run out.
8. She went to the hospital.
9. She got a prescription and medicine.
10. Mentari finally recovered from her skin allergy. There is not rash in her skin again.
