spiritual aspect of your journey.
13. You might want to take a long walk to help uplift your
spirits.

people's emotions. Try to nurture yourself with calming
music, meditation, and frequent breaks.
15. If you are not considering relocation, changing things
around in your living environment is a must. This is the only
way to combat feelings of stagnation.
