business address at 2/F North Wing Lim Ket Kai Center,
Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines after having sworn
in accordance with law do hereby certify;
That I am the duly elected and incumbent Secretary of the
GamSol Real Estate and Development Corporation (GREDC)
for 2014, a corporation organized and existing in accordance with
the law of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office
and place of business at the above-stated address.
That as such Secretary, I am a custodian of the corporate
records of the GamSol Real Estate and Development
Corporation (GREDC) including the minutes of the meetings of
the Board of Directors.
That at the meeting of the Board of Directors held at its
principal office at 2/F North Wing Lim Ket KaiCenter,
Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines at which meeting, a
quorum was present and acted throughout, the following
resolutions were adopted and approved.

Series of 2014
RESOLVED, that ABC Family Savings Bank, Mabini Pedro
Gil Branch, be as it is hereby designated as the bank which the
funds of the corporation shall be deposited. Accordingly, the
corporation may open any type of deposit account or accounts
with the said bank such as, but not limited to Current, Savings,
Time deposit account and whether the same be a Peso deposit
account, or any other form of currency, (e.g. US dollar accounts).
Resolved, further that any and all withdrawals from the
corporations account, including checks, notes, drafts drawn
against said bank account or accounts as well as any other debit
instructions of transfer of funds to and from any of the
corporations accounts shall bear the signatures of any two of the
