Qatar has lowest unemployment rate in all regions GCC (Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia).
Qatar economy continuous is mostly free.
Unemployment rate 0.4%.
Inflation rate 2%.

There is no income or domestic corporate tax.

66 percentage of Personal income of Qatar people is 30,000($8,219) a month.

Financial sources:
Our capital of income is personal investors. We will not involve in banks loan or
government guaranteed loans. There will be no venture with other company or local individual person.
when we are a new company in market and first we have to mark ourselves in market first and make our
customer feel we are best in providing the better services and best quality of uniform for a customer.

Social and cultural risks:

There will be no social and cultural risk in Qatar because there are many Asian students
and also native students whose culture and social life is similar to us and there will be no hurdle in an
aspect of social and cultural. Both Asian and Mideast customs are similar according to each other. Both
have culture have same religion.

Political and legal risks:

As we start our business from Pakistan that create problem for us because there is
no political stability and legal risks for that customer how it is like here underdeveloped country like
Pakistan there is no labor implication of law that why it effect of our image and also the consumer feel
no comfort that to deal with us in business therefore we have to show the best infrastructure and best
according the international law of labor that we are obeying. As there is no tariffs law according to Qatar
law.

Compensation:
Compensation is valued add for an employees and our compensation can be giving in Eid
and other Islamic day can give the compensation on that particular days for an employees. Whereas the
employees with achieved more target have to get more rewards and according to targets achieved
the reward will pay and whereas the other benefit like medical support will be there available but not
everyone will get but one who is very much serious case will support because we are company new in
market so we face financial problem that why cannot pay every employees compensation and when we
stable and feel that our image is good enough and feel that we are strong enough to support this
compensation. Then we will start other social compensation like medical and house rent and car support
program and retirement plans.

Training and Development:

Here in our country training skill for an employee is not so much common why it is
because the owner feels it is waste of money and time on employees. But as company owner we will
train them and will give them tour in clothing industry like Faisalabad and other country
like Sir Lanka and Bangladesh. By doing this process we will know how to improve our employees

problem and also know the how to improve more efficiency of works and job of all. It is easily for
employees to know culture awareness there because it is based on Islamic law. Between our consumers
our communication will be in English because they have established their education in English medium
that why no problem for us to deal with them.

Infrastructure:
Infrastructure developments have provided a stimulus to the economy. Qatar successfully hosted the
Asian Games in 2006, a major event for which a great deal of new infrastructure was created. Qatar will
host the 2022 FIFA World Cup, becoming the first Arab country to host the event.

Building and construction:

The building and construction sector remains highly active, with many new projects planned, including
roads and highways, ports and industrial complexes.

Trade promotion:
The trade exhibition program in Qatar is not as comprehensive as other Gulf centers. Some of the key
events are listed in Trade Shows and IFP. The major trade exhibitions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain
usually attract a good Qatari trade visitor flow. There are three Arabic and two English-language
newspapers, and media placements can capture attention. The use of advertising and PR should be
discussed with your prospective agent.

Practical advice on entering the market:

Qatar offers a business environment that is in many ways more easily accessible than some other
markets in the region.
Given the scale and speed of development of its physical and social infrastructure, Qatar can offer
attractive prospects for companies prepared to invest time in visiting the country. This can be done
whilst in the region to pursue opportunities in the adjacent markets of the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Bahrain.
Doha is less than a 40-50 minute flight from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Bahrain, and 90 minutes from Riyadh,
and so it is very accessible on a regional travel schedule.
Qatar has to date not attracted the same intensity of competition as the UAE, although this situation is
changing as the impact of the countrys oil and gas wealth is reflected in a raft of major development
projects.
