at the Company Corporate office in New Delhi on 14th of December 2013 at 10.00 AM, this is a general recruitment
which comprises of various departments ranging from senior level positions to junior level positions. You will be
pleased to know that out of the 80 candidates selected, 65 candidates will be giving appointment, meaning that your

The company will be offering a salary range from Rs. 55, 000 to Rs.5, 50,000 Lakhs) per month + (HRA
+ D.A + Conveyance and other company benefits as listed by the Company. The designation, salary and

You are required to make a security cash deposit (Cash) of Rs.15, 400 as an initial amount in favour of our company
account officer name in charge for your screening test application, all payment should be made through any of these
mention Banks, [STATE BANK OF INDIA], [ICICI BANK] OR HDFC BANK AND Branch from your home city
through our company account officer name, account number, which will be sent to you upon your response to this
notification.
This amount is refundable after the interview irrespective of you been selected or not. Your job offer letter with Air
tickets will be sent to your home address by courier or through e-mail after receiving the confirmation of interview
security deposited in any of the ICICI BANK, STATE BANK OF INDIA OR HDFC BANK. This Company will
pay all the expenditure to you at the time of face to face meeting with you in Company. The last date of interview
security deposit in bank is on the 12th of December 2013
Your employment letter with supporting documents will be dispatched same time by courier to your postal address
after receipt of security deposit confirmation in bank. The interview process and arrangement expenditure will be paid
by MARUTI SUZUKI COMPANY. Lodging, travelling and local conveyance actual will be paid by MARUTI
SUZUKI COMPANY as per bills. The candidate has to deposit the initial refundable security as mentioned by HRD.
REASONS FOR INTERVIEW SECURITY DEPOSIT:

This is a measure we have taken to check bogus applications from unserious candidate who applies for job and we send
them offer letter and air ticket and fail to appear for interview but rather convert the air ticket to their own personal and
selfish use which is a huge loss to the company and the interview becomes shabby and hence we fail to recruit the needed
manpower. Please do comply with us as your refundable security deposit will be returned to you in cash immediately after
the interview is over at the very premises of the interview. You have to come along with original/scan photocopy of deposit
slip to claim your refundable Interview Security Deposit. Below you will find the Account Officer Name and Account
Number for the payment. you are to make the payment to enable us register you for the interview. The earlier the
deposit is made the earlier your position will be secured by the company HRD - Direct.
