Modernisations
Updating of your old test bench by changing
the piloting system
Mechanical advantages:
Recuperation of existing equipment (jack, displacement sensor and tools).
Reduced space requirement of the desk including, in a same piece, the hydraulic
unit, the screen, the keyboard and the central unit.
Easy jack loading using a lever.
Possibility of limiting the load by means of a safety valve.
Information technology advantages:
Possible display of one or several graphs as per tests.
Automatic putting to scale of the graphs.
Analysis of the graphs after testing.
On screen monitoring of the load rise curve.
Automatic calculation, after testing, of the resistance values in compression,
traction and flexion.

Example:
In flexion test with an extensometer bridge
and strain gauges on a concrete or steel beam,
you can see evolving during the test,
in real time, the diagram of the deformation
of each of the gauges and in this way observe
the stresses in traction, compression and the
neutral fibre.
