Aphorism said that, Prevention is better than a cure, it is well known fact that if human needs

protection for their body’s resistance, especially from a dangerous disease such AIDS that spreads by
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).
HIV is a virus that devastates the immune system, and the body’s natural defense system.
Without a strong immune system, the body has trouble fighting off disease. Both the virus and infection
it causes are called HIV. White blood cells are significant part of the immune system. HIV invades and
destroys certain white blood cells called CD4+. If too many CD4+ cells are destroyed, the body can no
longer defend itself against infection. By means, we can be died is just because of minor attack.
More than 23 years HIV-AIDS has rampaged in every part of the earth. The preference is
getting upgraded in a row coeval of advanced civilization. It is supervised to the past, the tackling of
HIV prevention has been started since 1994. Unfortunately, the expansion of the case has been up with
the spread that is excelsior annually. For about 5 years ago HIV-AIDS boiled down to part of high risk
group. Nowadays, it is descending on classified safe community such house wife, university student,
and children.
The U.S Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has approved test that detect HIV anti bodies in
urine, fluid from the mouth (oral fluid), or blood. Most doctor use two blood test, called the ELISA and
the Western blot assay. It may take as long as 6 months for HIV anti bodies to show up in a blood
sample. You have to check your body early because having HIV does not mean you have AIDS. Event
without treatment, it requires a long time HIV to progress to AIDS-usually 10 to 12 years. If HIV is
diagnosed before it becomes AIDS, medicine can slow or stop the damage to the immune system.

How Does HIV attack Human Immune?

• Most people get the virus by having unprotected sex with someone who has been infected.
• Another common way for getting the virus is by sharing drugs needles with someone who is
infected with HIV.
• The virus can also pass from a mother to her baby during pregnancy, birth, or breast-feeding.
HIV does not survive well outside the body. So, it can be spread by casual contact such as kissing
or sharing drinking with an infected person.

The symptoms are:

• Fever
• Sore troth
• Swollen glands (swollen lymph nodes)
• Skin rash
• Headache
• Muscle aches and joins pain.
Actually, it is just preventing HIV. The newest study has investigated about human immune
system. Vitamin C is clarified as prevention of HIV-AIDS damage. If in a day the infected has drunk
1000 Mg vitamin C, it exchanges and produces new anti body/immune system cells. It keeps infected
body to stay healthy.

So how to protect yourself and others?

• Using a condom every time you have sex ( including oral sex )
• Do not have more than one sex partner at a time
• Never share needles or syringes with anyone
Briefly, you should not expels, ex communicate and keep away from HIV infected because they
