ESSEL

INFRAPROJECT
Lucknow-Raibareli
Company has awarded the National Highway
DBFOT (Annuity) Road project of Four laning of
Lucknow-Raibareli of NH -24B from km 12.700 to km
82.700 in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The existing
carriageway is generally 2 lane road.. The total
length of the project road under consideration is
70.00 kms . The concession period is 17 years
inclusive of construction period of 2.5 years and the
investment will be the tune of about Rs. 800.00
Crores .The scope of the work will broadly include
rehabilitation, up gradation and widening of the
existing two lane carriageway to four lane standard
with construction of new pavement rehabilitation of
existing pavement, construction and / or
rehabilitation of Major Bridges, ROBs , minor
Bridges, culverts, foot over bridges, road
intersection, interchanges, drains etc. and operation
and maintenance thereof.

 The camp office is 45km from

Shaheed path ,Lucknow. The
campus is spread in an area of
Approximately 9 acres having all the
basic amenities like Accomodation ,
Medical Facilities, 24 hrs Mess etc.

ANALYSIS
We are very familiar with sieve analysis .
But the presicion & accuracy with which it is
done in plant is very different from our labs.
Different size of sieves are used there
and are weighed very accuralely. Some of
the sieves are as follows:-

CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

Concrete being the prime requirement, a fully
functional Concrete Batching Plant is installed It
has a capacity of producing 40cu.m per hrs .
Ready mix concrete is a special type of concrete
That is manufactured in a factory or batching
plant ,according to a set recipe, and then
delivered to work site ,by truck mounted transit
mixers. This results in a precise mixture
,allowing special concrete mixtures to be
developed and implemented on construction
sites. Ready mix concrete is sometimes
preferred over on site concrete mixing because
of the precision of the mixture and reduced
work site confusion.However ,using a
predetermined concrete mixture reduces
flexibility ,both in the supply chain and in the
actual components of the concrete
