Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Three Nation Visit (10-day visit) to
Myanmar, Australia and Fiji today.
Modi today met the President of Myanmar, Mr. U Thein Sein, at the Presidential
Palace, shortly after arrival in Nay Pyi Taw (capital city of Burma).
This was the first meeting between the two leaders, and focus was on connectivity,
cultural contacts and commercial ties, during the 45-minute meeting.
56 people were killed and several injured today morning, following a collision between a
