INFORMATION
The undersigned Prosecutor II (Assistant Provincial Prosecutor) accuses ROMAN
SANTOS Y PARADINA alias Kilig of Violation of Section 5 (b) of RA No. 9262(AntiViolence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004), committed as follows:
That on or about 29th day of August, 2014 at Brgy. San Vicente, Binan City, Province of
Laguna, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named
accused serving then the lawful husband of private complainant RHEA SANTOS Y RAMIREZ,,
armed with a knife, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously, threaten private
complainant with the commission of a crime amounting Homicide by then and there uttering the
words to wit: Papatayin kita, hayop ka! Putang ina mo! Siguro ay nagpupunta ka sa kabit mo
kaya ginagabi ka palagi ng uwi! and thereafter hit private complainant in the head using the
knifes handle which acts of the accused caused alarm and substantial fear, emotional or
psychological distress to Rhea Santos y Ramirez.
